This is our second visit to this home and we can definitely say that Dry Heat offers better properties and personal service. Weve stayed at several places in town and Kenny and John definitely offer the best homes with all inclusive pricing and personal service. Early check in was available and accommodated which we appreciated. This home is perfectly located in one of the best neighborhoods with incredible views! We will definitely book again!

We just returned from six glorious days staying at the Deepwell house. BY FAR the most gorgeous and livable house I have ever experienced in PS. Three couples in my family ages ranging from 29 to 85 and two (well-behaved) dogs. Gorgeous, well appointed, beautiful pool and jacuzzi, a location that can't be beat, quiet neighborhood... the list of amazing details goes on and on. My father kept repeating that we are absolutely going to make staying at this house an annual tradition and that he was so impressed that for once the online photos matched the house exactly. No false advertising, this truly was an amazing home and we can't wait to come back again.

Kenny and John are excellent. Efficient, courteous and prompt with replies. I have rented from Kenny for years and the experience is consistently excellent.

I have rented from Kenny and Dry Heat resorts more times than I can remember - probably 15 or 20. The properties are all consistent and I never worry about the condition of any of his rentals. The Tachevah property is a favorite of ours, largely due to the outdoor space. Private, spacious with a wonderful pool and spa. Beds are comfortable and linens are always excellent quality. We don't cook much when we vacation, but the kitchen was very well-stocked for those who wish to do so. I look forward to renting from Kenny and Dry Heat Resorts again and again! -

This was the perfect Palm Springs house for a good break from reality Plenty of space to spread out, bedrooms were not right on top of each other, and the bathrooms were nicely stocked with towels and super clean. The house is impressive, but the backyard is where the house shines. There was plenty of sitting space, the pool was a nice size and adults can sit spaciously in the hot tub. We did have an 80 pound dog that we brought with us and she had more than plenty of space to run around, and the real grass was such a treat. We would recommend this house to friends!

John was amazing with our check in and the host company was great from reservation to checkout.

We stayed with our adult children, it was an amazing trip. The house was the perfect launching point for Palm Springs adventure, close to great dining options, provided a great kitchen/service ware for private chef-prepared dinner, and the perfect afternoons at the pool! We spent evenings in the spacious living area or around the fire pit! Looking forward to staying again.

The host was super accommodating and responded quickly. We will absolutely be staying there again next year!

We had an absolute amazing time!We stayed for Coachella weekend with a large group of friends and it was absolutely perfect. Every room has its own bathroom and king size bed, which is amazing and hard to find. The outdoor area was perfect. Only 3 points to note about this property 1. There is absolutely no outside music, which is a little bit of a bummer but we have stayed at many Palm Springs homes and we know this is outside the homeowners control. 2. There is absolutely no cell service! Wifi was provided so we could still make Wi-Fi calls, but text messages were extremely spotty. Again, no fault of the homeowner just worth noting.3. No keyless entry. If you are staying with a big group of people, you will need a physical key to get into the property.That was just a mild Inconvenience since we didnt have enough keys for all the guest, but I would not let that deter you from booking this property.Thanks again! see you next year!

This Spanish house is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at in Palm Springs. The location is in one of the top neighborhoods in Palm Springs and the desert. So fun to walk around and look at all the neighboring estates! The house itself is historic and super charming, very clean and a great layout for families or friends so you feel like you have enough privacy between the rooms. Also great all rooms have en suite bathrooms! I love that they kept all of the original details in the house. The pool was heated and the spa also heated up quickly whenever you wanted to use it. Plenty of outdoor space to hang out and dine outside. You can also easily walk to some nearby restaurants the Arrive hotel is close by as well. If I could own a home in the desert, this one would be it! Cant wait to come back.

This home is great for families. The backyard and pool has numerous seating areas to spread out, with amazing mountain views. Everything very well maintained and the property manager was extremely responsive. Highly recommend this property.

We have been coming to PS for the past 9 Spring Breaks and this house was the best of every property we have ever stayed in. Location is perfection in a beautiful neighborhood. The house, amenities, backyard and pool were absolute perfection. We hope to make this our annual home to come back to each year.

The house was amazing. Very very clean, well stocked, beds were comfortable, the living space and kitchen were perfect. We spent a lot of time by the pool which was exactly what we all needed. Definitely recommend and we are already planning our next trip.

We have spent Spring Break in Palm Springs for over 30 years and have stayed at quite a number of places. This home is at the very top of our list. The location is ideal and the actual physical property is exceptional. It is even better than the photos show. It very much exceeded our high expectations. Love staying here at this complex and have stayed here before for NYE. Comfortable, well appointed unit with a great view, spacious outdoor deck and close to downtown with everything PS has to offer.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. The house is beautiful and just the right size for a family of five. The pool was outstanding. The outdoor areas were plentiful and relaxing. We hope to come back again!

John met us on check in and showed us the property he was amazing. Also, he was immediately responsive when we had to change a batterie in a beeping CO detector.

It was our first time to Palm Springs. We had the experience of a lifetime!! We had amazing communication with the host. They made my 40th birthday magical. This property is AMAZING!! They make it sooo easy to check in and out. The pool and spa were so clean and so easy to operate. The neighbors are super nice and friendly. Amazing location close to downtown Palm Springs. A master suite for all my friends with their own bathroom was glorious. No fighting over rooms. Every room is awesome! Palm Springs is totally a vibe city and this property is no different. Thanks again Kenny and Josh for making my 40th unforgettable. Cant wait until next time!

A beautiful home, plenty of space for everyone, a nice walking distance to the main streets

The properties are absolutely fantastic. I've stayed at three different locations and all three of the properties were in perfect locations with fabulous decor.

It was the perfect house for vacationing in Palm Springs. We went to the tennis tournament and then spent the weekend in luxury. Much better than staying in a hotel.
