We did have a very minor issue during our stay, and the host was incredibly responsive and took care of it quickly, which we greatly appreciated.

This home truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, it was clear no detail had been overlooked. The decor is beautiful, thoughtful, and elevated, making the space feel both luxurious and welcoming.The outdoor area is a standout and feels like a private luxury resort, complete with a gorgeous pool and spa and breathtaking mountain views. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time together. An exceptional property with an equally exceptional host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, high-end experience.

We had an amazing stay and cannot wait to return next year. Everything was 100% and we could tell from the initial check ins with Josh and Kenny, that they really strive to make sure guests feel welcome and supported. The home and property are even more beautiful than the pictures show. The neighborhood ambience was so relaxing and quiet, which worked so well for us as that is what we were looking for with a baby and older relatives. The beds were among the most comfortable we've ever slept on, and the furniture and amenities so comfortable for family time together. All in all, this property and the hosts are exceptional, and it is the only place we'd like to stay on our annual family reunions in Palm Springs. So happy we found this, and huge thanks to Kenny and Josh!

We hosted a large family gather over New Years that included two homes in Movie Colony, including this exquisite home. It is gorgeous with tons of space inside for hanging out, cooking, playing games and visiting. The outside - fireplace, fire pit, yard, pool and spa - were the absolute highlight of the trip. The kids spent all day in the heated pool and the hotels spent wonderful hours around the fire pit. The home exceeded our highest expectations.

The kitchen is probably the most well equipped that we have experienced. The bathroom linens were lush and plentiful. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and lovely landscaping. The property managers anticipated our needs and questions.

We very much enjoyed our stay - the location is fantastic and the house is beautiful and very well kept. We stayed with our two teenage daughters and loved hanging by the pool in the daytime, and watching movies in the cozy living room in the evenings. All amenities are top notch and the home is very well equipped. The property managers were great and very responsive. We highly recommend this property - you will be in great hands!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Its been thoughtfully remodeled, and the layout worked perfectly for our two families. Everything was spotless, well-appointed, and stocked with all the amenities we could have hoped for. The heated pool was a huge hit the kids spent hours swimming and playing.The location couldnt be better. Its close to the airport, downtown, and plenty of great hiking trails, which made getting around incredibly convenient.

We loved this house and the hosts! Very easy check in and communication, clean, modern and beautiful decor. Lovely outdoor spaces, amazing view and wonderful neighborhood. My family loved the pool/hot tub and the ease of using it. Usually have to tell host we would like it heated and or there is always an issue of some sort but not this time. Thanks, Kenny & Joshua, for making it easy for us and feeling like we truly were on vacation. We've been to PS many times and this by far was our best stay. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The house was spectacular. The pool was one of the best that I've ever used and made me wish for more time. Palm Springs itself was very interesting and had exceptional food. Just a great vacation.

Our hosts were great. The management company, Dry Heat Resorts, are top notch. Communicative during the reservation process all the way to checkout.

Indian Canyons is one of the best neighborhoods in Palm Springs for quiet walks, bike rides, and nearby hiking trails. This home is on a quiet street. It is clean and very well maintained making for the perfect vacation rental. The private backyard has beautiful with manicured hedges all around (postcard perfect) with a heated pool and jacuzzi. The home is furnished in mid century modern style with comfortable beds and floor to ceiling blackout draperies for sleeping in. There were five of us in our party and we felt very comfortable. We would rent this home over and over again.

Beautiful property equipped with everything you would need to have an enjoyable vacation. The ambience of the backyard in the evening is breathtaking with the lighting in the yard and pool and especially the fireplace. It exceeded my expectations.

This house is SUPERB! Three of us went for our annual post Thanksgiving girls trip and have nothing but great things to say about this peaceful and private residence. Its minutes from downtown near the Movie Colony area. The kitchen was fully equipped, and included a variety of glassware for indoors and at the pool. Ping pong was fun and we especially enjoyed the fireplace inside and fire pits outside. Beds were super comfortable, the spa was great and we enjoyed playing cards and games around the dining room table. We loved the decor and definitely recommend this place! Id stay at this Sanctuary again next time I go to Palm Springs.

Villa Estrella is my favorite home for a vacation stay!!! First of all it is gated and makes you feel very secure! From the moment you walk in you feel at home. From the beautiful/cozy decor to the upgraded appliances and well stocked kitchen you just know you will have everything you need for your stay!! Not to mention the pool/outdoor area are so wonderful! This was our third stay here. We are coming back in March and we cant wait!! Kenny and Josh are wonderful to work with!!

Our group of friends absolutely loved our stay at this home. The property is gorgeous, impeccably maintained, and truly has everything you could possibly need already stocked inside. The pool and spa were perfect, great temperature and a huge part of what made the trip so relaxing.

This house is truly a design oasis. Far away from the hustle and bustle (but only a 10 min drive from downtown), this house was a dream. The photos match the experience. It is expertly designed and every room felt like you were on set of a tv show house. It had nearly every amenity necessary and a very responsive host. It felt private, safe, and was a perfect stay for our group of 9. The only thing I would note is that all of the beds are very firm. Not a negative if you like firmer beds but always helpful to know!
