Best VRBO/HomeAway property we have stayed in. Immaculate condition, great location.

The host Kenny was punctual and attentive as well as very knowledgable of local restaurants and bars.

The location is perfect, so close to Koffi and The Ace Hotel with it's groovy vibe. I was really into the mid century modern feel. The pool is heated with spa jets and very private. It was an awesome way to end an evening. Overall, this place provided an exceptional experience during our holiday weekend. It wasn't overpriced but I can't imagine it will stay that way long. If you stay here, enjoy! We did!

Kenny and Josh were very nice and efficient.

We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday in this beautiful home and garden. The four bedrooms en suite were perfect for our grown children. Each one having their own patio! We LOVED the pool area with the green grass and trees with shady spots to read. The house was perfect in a very Palm Springs way! Great cool pavers and comfortable furniture. It is very quiet yet not far from all the restaurants and shops. We will be back next year!!

My family and I had a great, relaxing time here! Very unique, cool house provided for both family time and privacy in your own space if desired. We loved the indoor/outdoor living the house provided. The pool, spa and yard were awesome! Definitely highly recommend!

Check in and check out were painless, and I appreciated being greeted by one of the managers on check in.

Really enjoyed my stay at this property. The condo itself was nicely appointed and decorated, the kitchen had everything I needed for basic cooking, and there's a north facing balcony spanning most of the unit with a great view of mountains, sunrises, and sunsets. The complex is tidy, quiet, and has a nice pool area. Covered parking was much appreciated in the desert. The condo is walking distance from Palm Canyon shops and restaurants, and a very easy drive to groceries and other attractions in the area. Would happily stay here again.

We stayed with friends for a long weekend and had a great time. Backyard had plenty of room for 3 couples to relax, swim and barbecue.

We have rented many homes in Deepwell and this ranks as one of our top picks and favorites. Great attention to detail, well appointed finishes and furnishings and just the right touches to make this a true home away from home. We look forward to returning to this one many times over.

My family and I loved staying here. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the backyard is absolutely huge. A great house to entertain in and plenty of room. We spent most of the time out by the pool and fire pit enjoying the weather!

Excellent location, fantastic fews, great property overall

The concierge service did a great job for us. A bit expensive but they worked well with us. The landscaper came by while some of the family was in the pool. He didnt want his activities to bother them, so offered to come back the day we left. Much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time. A bit windy to use the outside to its max, but got out there . The pool was perfect for our toddlers. The two one-year-olds could walk in the shallow shelf. Your home was so beautiful. The two young moms immediately moved all the art and decorations that the kids might get to. Hope we got everything back in the right places. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. It was just perfect for us. 6 adults, a 3-year-old and two 1-year olds. The Mexican tile floors in the main areas was lovely but we also didnt have to worry about kid food spills. A definite plus. Pat

What an amazing property! Immaculately clean, impeccably decorated, and stocked with everything you could possible need for a vacation in paradise! From a heated pool (included in price!) to floaties and umbrellas, the yard had your choice of sun or shade which allowed us to enjoy perfect days in the sun. The kitchen was stocked with everything a chef or bartender could need! Including oils/spices and even some take-some-leave-some beverages to mix up your drinks a little! The rooms were fabulous and the sheets were the softest we ever slept in. The stay was perfect! Great for our two families to share. The walk in closet in the master is so big it even acts like perfect hide away for a pack and play! We would definitely stay again!

This beautiful home was warm and comfortable and welcoming in every way--well appointed, fully stocked with linens and kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, quality pool floats, etc. Our 3 year-old daughter kept saying: "this is a great house!" And it was; we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be back!

Great house, awesome outdoor area. We loved the pool and Joshua was wonderful getting us settled in and available for anything we needed. The grill and the kitchen setups were perfect. We hope to be back!

With the perfect view of the mountain, breakfasts on the deck are priceless, the sunset over the same mountain are incredible and its big as life with an unobstructed view. The bed was perfect no shorts cuts taken there, and both bathrooms recently remodeled with an awesome rianfall shower in the main bathroom. We go to PS often and will try to get this unit when we come again. The small pool is steps away and offers quiet, sun, shade, and a hot tub. The larger pool in the middle was awesome, but lots more activity and noise.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very well appointed. It has everything you could want for cooking and living.

Enjoyed a week exploring Joshua Tree, Indian Canyon, and San Jacinto. This home was a wonderful day's end destination - perfect for sitting back, relaxing and taking in the stars over the mountains.

Kelly, the property manager was welcoming and extremely helpful, and both check-in and out were hassle-free.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Deauville so much, the next time we visit Palm Springs, we will book this unit again. The Deauville itself is an oasis of peace and quiet, yet it is within walking distance of Palm Canyon Dr., the main street for shopping and dining. The grounds are gorgeous, the pools are sparkling, and our unit was spotlessly clean and well appointed. If you are looking for the perfect hideaway in sunny Palm Springs, you can't go wrong with the Deauville.

Villa Del Valle looks great in photos and even better in person. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom which makes this property perfect for couples and families. The pool has shallow water, perfect for laying in the water, benches in the deeper end to sit on, and a real deep-end perfect for swimming. The jacuzzi can be enjoyed at lower temperatures during the day and warms up quickly at night with the press of a button. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen BBQ and sink, fire pit, and multiple dining areas. Great home in the heart of Palm Springs for groups of up to eight. Published

My entire group had a fantastic time. The property was well designed, very clean, everything worked and in a great location. I would consider definitely renting this house in the future.
