Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath mid-century modern, solar-powered Palm Springs vacation home that was originally built in 1956 and has been meticulously updated with contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances and period furniture. While adopting new finishes and functionality, the 2,476 sq ft vacation home retains many mid-century architectural characteristics including tongue and groove wood ceilings, clerestory windows and an iconic mid-century modern floating fireplace. In addition, each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bath.

Located in the historic Deepwell Estates neighborhood, the property features resort amenities including a large pool with cascading spa, outdoor shower, alfresco dining for eight, six lounge chairs, built-in gas grill, firepit, West-facing backyard with panoramic mountain views and much more.

The spacious master suite features an en suite bath with water closet, double sink vanity and step-down tub shower with a spa-like feel. The bedroom has a King bed, two nightstands, five-drawer dresser, 40” TV, large mirrored closet, clerestory windows and tongue and groove ceiling.  A glass door opens from the bedroom to the firepit area.  

Guest Bedroom one has a King bed, two nightstands, five-drawer dresser, 40” TV, a large mirrored closet and clerestory windows. The en suite bath has a walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile.

Guest Bedroom two has a King bed, two nightstands, two-drawer dresser, 40” TV, a large mirrored closet, clerestory windows and a large glass window and door that open to the pool area. The Jack and Jill bathroom features double sink vanity, walk-in shower and also has a door that opens to the office/den.

Like most every room in the house, the office/den features a tongue and groove wood ceiling and clerestory windows. In addition, there is a sofa, desk and office chair.

The main living area of the house is comprised of a formal entry, large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and spacious backyard with commanding views of the mountains.

The living room is modern, yet comfortable and cozy and includes tile floors, a very high pitched wood ceiling, clerestory windows and an iconic mid-century modern floating fireplace.  The over-sized couch and swivel chairs can accommodate ten in front of a 65'' TV.  The adjacent formal dining room seats eight in comfortable and stylish chairs and features both pool and mountain views.

The updated kitchen is beautifully laid out and well stocked for the gourmet cook.  It features a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.  There are both Drip and Keurig coffee makers.  There is also a breakfast counter and three stools that, like the rest of the kitchen, overlook the pool and mountains to the west.

This luxurious Palm Springs vacation home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Deepwell Estates. From the backyard, you will enjoy mountain views to your South and West. A two car carport, washer/dryer, WiFi and Free US and Canadian long distance complete this mid-century modern oasis.

Kenny & the team were super easy to work with and very quick in all communication. They allowed us to check in early on our arrival day and met us at the property for a quick tour.

The house has a great layout - 2 large bedrooms on opposite sides with pool walkouts and a 3rd bedroom that was still very quiet to the rest of the home. All bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. The shower in one of the masters was incredible - it was like showering outside, but in privacy. Kitchen was well appointed and the grill outside was very easy to operate. The pool and spa were used extensively during our stay and some floats and noodles were provided, which added to the fun. Overall an amazing home, a really great location - close to everything via a short walk or Uber ride, and within just minutes of the airport in PSP. Would definitely rent again!

Good Neighbor Rules and Regulations For City of Palm Springs
Amplified music is prohibited outside of your vacation rental at all times.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm.
A maximum of 10 people are allowed at the property overnight. Maximum daytime occupancy is 14.
The number of vehicles parked at the property must not exceed the number of bedrooms.
Dogs--If you have brought your dog, please clean up after your pet both on and off of the property
