This luxury vacation rental is located in prestigious Movie Colony East and was designed with privacy and outdoor resort living in mind. From a walled private outdoor shower, to tranquil fountains and putting area, to an outdoor seating area by cozy fireplace, to a step-down pool-side wet bar and grilling area, this Palm Springs vacation rental's features will exceed your expectations, including the Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities.
All common rooms have been recently remodeled by renowned designers, Grace Home Furnishings
In addition to the features mentioned above, the yard has a misting system, a large free-form pool outlined with a winding rock wall with three sheer-descent waterfalls. The adjacent spa can seat 8, and nestled between them both is a gas fire-pit adorned with decorative glass. Swim up to one of four built in concrete bar-stools and have a drink at the sunken wet-bar complete with refrigerator and built-in BBQ. The elevated outdoor sun-deck has four comfortable chaise lounge chairs overlooking the pool. Here you can gaze at the sun, the palm trees, and the mountains while listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfalls trickling into the pool. The master suite is your own private getaway with views that will blow you away. It has a king size bed, 42" TV, HBO, ceiling fan, two nightstands, built in bookcase, walk in closet and large picture window with a view of everything. The en suite bathroom has duel sinks, a step down shower with window and a large oval bathtub with mountain and pool views.
Bedrooms two and three have a queen & King size bed respectively. Each also feature a walk-in closet, TV and French doors to an outdoor patio with wall mounted fountain. Both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.
Bedroom four a custom made sofa that is available in three configurations (L-shape sofa, two twin beds, one King Bed). It opens to a private furnished patio. In addition, there is a 55" TV, HBO, Blueray player and ceiling fan. Located just outside the fourth bedroom is the powder room.
The formal living room has an exposed wood beam ceiling, a piano, a ceiling fan, gas fireplace, large windows and glass doors. Like much of the house, it also has pool and mountain views. Next to the living room is the formal dining room that seats six.
As would be expected in an estate such as this, this Palm Springs vacation rental features a spacious gourmet kitchen with microwave, convection and conventional oven, five-burner stove, dishwasher, ice maker as well as both drip and Keurig coffee makers. In addition it has two sinks, including one at the center island.
For your entertainment, the home also has a stylish and comfortable media room. This room, with large windows, wood beams along the ceiling and ceiling fan features a plush leather sofa, two side chairs, 85" wall-mounted TV with HBOMax, Prime Video, Netflix, Apple TV, iPod music system and French doors that open to the pool area.

We booked this trip for a 4 day getaway for 4 couples. House was fantastic. Beautiful property will pool spa/hot tub, fire pit and grill. Central location in Palm Springs. It was all we were hoping for in our trip. Kitchen had all you need or could want. All the bedrooms were comfortable. Master is large and very nice. We will look to return on our next trip!

We have rented at least 20+ houses in PS over the years. I usually select them as I previously lived in PS. This house was, by far, our favorite. I have never seen a house this well stocked. The kitchen was perfect!! It has EVERYTHING and when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING, including a margarita machine. Easy instructions for everything, beds were comfortable, easy parking. I cannot say enough about this house and how well the owners keep it. It is a gem!

We decided to get away over Labor Day weekend. Kenny the property host was courteous and supportive before we even arrived. Our arrival time was later in the evening and Kenny left the lights on for us, sent us videos about certain aspects of the house, like turning on the spa, pool lights, etc. We've never felt so supported at a rental property before.

The property was beautiful. Plenty of everything in the kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and private. Bathrooms were amazing with all the amenities of a resort. The backyard is where we spent most of our time. The large pool and spa were relaxing and fun for both kids and adults. We will definitely heading back to this property next time in Palm Springs.

I LOVE Villa Estrella. It is classy, but comfortable. The kitchen is truly a gourmet cooks dream. It is perfect for entertaining with plenty of non glass wear for poolside dining. The pool is fabulous with particularly wonderful waterfall features. The hot tub is perfectly placed with a glass fire pit adjacent. The landscape lighting is gorgeous at night. I particularly love the outside alcove area with built in gas fireplace. It is comfy seating for cool mornings or evenings. Each bedroom has a door to the outside with seating. The Master Suite has a killer view of the mountains, especially at sunrise. WOW. I have spent two different two week periods at Villa Estrella. It was wonderful having friends come and stay and seems a safe bet during Covid with all of the airflow and outdoor seating. I hope to return. It is quite simply a remarkable, spectacular place.

Our stay at Villa Estrella was fantastic. When you enter the house you immediately know that you have booked the right place. The furnishings are inviting and beautiful. The house is spotless. The grounds are spectacular. What I really enjoyed was actually cooking at the property. Guess what! The kitchen is fully stocked with staples so you just add the food. We just had the opportunity to spend 8 nights in this fabulous home. What a perfect family getaway. Everything about this property is amazing. The layout and furnishings are beautiful, the yard is completely enclosed and has room for the whole family. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature and everything worked great. There are misters to cool down the yard and a cozy undercover space with a fireplace. Everything has been thought of in this amazing home. There are views of mountains or cozy seating areas from every room. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked with every item you could possibly need and more. The layout works perfectly for a family or couples, with en-suite bathrooms in 3 bedrooms . We played the piano, took outdoor showers, made fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, swam, cooked several meals and had such a relaxing time. I cannot recommend this property enough. We will surely come back next year! There are multiple lighting choices in every room and all light switches are labeled. The location provides quick access to every spot in Palm Springs and we were able to walk into town for coffee.
