Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath mid-century modern, solar-powered Palm Springs vacation home that was originally built in 1956 and has been meticulously updated with contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances and period furniture. While adopting new finishes and functionality, the 2,476 sq ft vacation home retains many mid-century architectural characteristics including tongue and groove wood ceilings, clerestory windows and an iconic mid-century modern floating fireplace. In addition, each bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bath.
Located in the historic Deepwell Estates neighborhood, the property features resort amenities including a large pool with cascading spa, outdoor shower, alfresco dining for eight, six lounge chairs, built-in gas grill, firepit, West-facing backyard with panoramic mountain views and much more.
The spacious master suite features an en suite bath with water closet, double sink vanity and step-down tub shower with a spa-like feel. The bedroom has a King bed, two nightstands, five-drawer dresser, 40” TV, large mirrored closet, clerestory windows and tongue and groove ceiling. A glass door opens from the bedroom to the firepit area.
Guest Bedroom one has a King bed, two nightstands, five-drawer dresser, 40” TV, a large mirrored closet and clerestory windows. The en suite bath has a walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile.
Guest Bedroom two has a King bed, two nightstands, two-drawer dresser, 40” TV, a large mirrored closet, clerestory windows and a large glass window and door that open to the pool area. The Jack and Jill bathroom features double sink vanity, walk-in shower and also has a door that opens to the office/den.
Like most every room in the house, the office/den features a tongue and groove wood ceiling and clerestory windows. In addition, there is a sofa, desk and office chair.
The main living area of the house is comprised of a formal entry, large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and spacious backyard with commanding views of the mountains.
The living room is modern, yet comfortable and cozy and includes tile floors, a very high pitched wood ceiling, clerestory windows and an iconic mid-century modern floating fireplace. The over-sized couch and swivel chairs can accommodate ten in front of a 65'' TV. The adjacent formal dining room seats eight in comfortable and stylish chairs and features both pool and mountain views.
The updated kitchen is beautifully laid out and well stocked for the gourmet cook. It features a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. There are both Drip and Keurig coffee makers. There is also a breakfast counter and three stools that, like the rest of the kitchen, overlook the pool and mountains to the west.

This was truly a gorgeous home. Clean and just as listed. The home had been thoughtfully decorated and they have curated some lovely pieces of art. What makes this property very special is the wide open interior space which is rare for Palm Springs. The cozy kitchen area (which has high quality appliances), the dining area and the comfy living room are all one, big space which is great for socializing. The backyard is lovely with perfectly maintained pool and plenty of space to lounge. The quiet neighborhood is also fun for walking if you're interested in stylish, classic Palm Springs architecture.

Beautiful mid century modern home, spacious, and open. 3 large bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. Lovely backyard, facing the mountains. If I could recommend a couple of things, maybe a couple of extra pool floats, and maybe some bicycles to be available, but other than that, this place has all the amenities one could need. Definitely a great stay!!! Id definitely stay here again.

The DeepWell estate home was a mid century gem. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Having stayed in Indian Canyon estates previously we thought we might have missed out this time. Where Indian Canyon impresses with its sheer magnificence, Deepwell estates makes up for with its eclectic blend of mixed architecture with plenty of mid century modern masterpieces. It is a a vibrant neighborhood with lots people out and about. We walked it every day, each time discovering new points of interest.
This particular house we stayed in was just perfect for our group of three couples. The interior furnishings were high quality and of the era. More than several great art pieces adorned the walls. We have plans to repeat our April visit annually. We know that Kenny will insure that our stay will again be a treasured memory.

We had the best time in this beautiful mid-century home in an amazing location right in the Deepwell Estates in Palm Springs. The house was completely equipped with everything you could need and very modern but also has an amazing original mid century design and great furnishings to complement. The layout is perfect and while we do wish we could have enjoyed listening to music by the pool, (all outdoor music is prohibited at all times) the backyard is AWESOME and makes the property with the super deep pool, quick heating hot tub, fire pit and great outdoor furniture. This home is a real gem and we would come back and stay here any time! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! Neighborhood walks every morning with our kids on quiet streets looking at the other houses. Then stocked the kitchen and played in the pool all day. This house is decorated very fun and modern but its also very comfortable to watch tv and sleep in. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature and the hot tub heats up super fast. Having laundry was great too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our group of 6 adults and small dog absolutely loved Deepwell Estates. We've stayed in many vacation homes and this is the first that I would, without hesitation, return to. It felt like home. It is spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and private. The west-facing backyard has unobstructed views of the mountains, and the pool and jacuzzi were well used. I would absolutely recommend Deepwell Estates.

My friends and I had a wonderful time here- it was their first time to Palm Springs! They fell in love with the pool and the Mountain View. House was nice and comfy and all the rooms were privately placed which was awesome. The whole property was on point- only thing I had feelings about was the artificial grass. It got hot and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a perfect stay! House was well equipped and AC worked great, thanks Deepwell!
