Community Vacation Homes

The Twin Palms neighborhood is located in the south end of Palm Springs. Until the mid-1950s, it was mostly open desert. Twin Palms Estates stands out as a coveted neighborhood. Notably, it was the first Palm Springs locality to witness the construction of mid-century modern homes built by the Alexander Construction Company from 1956 to 1957. The Twin Palm Designation distinguished each home with the planting of two palm trees in its front yard.
