Dry Heats Resort was there when we had a problem with the electrical connection to the heated pool and fixed it immediately. Upon our arrival, they calmly and clearly walked us through the home's idiosyncrasies (all homes have them), showing us how to work each of the TVs, the electric blinds, etc. I would characterize this place and its manager as the best of the bestcall YOASIS the 2024 Super Bowl-winning Kansas City Chiefs for Palm Springs VRBO rentals!

Our Philadelphia-based, twelve-person, three-generation family used every bedroom, the hot tub, the glorious heated pool, sunbathed in the cabanas, fixed drinks at the welcoming bar, and used YOASIS as our sanctuary for an extended, twelve-day Palm Springs winter getaway. Its design and accouterments introduced us to Mid-Century Modernism, and we loved it.

Booked a last minute trip to Palm Springs for Spring Break and this house made the trip! Everyone from grandparents to kids loved it. The house itself was one of the best stocked rentals Ive ever stayed at and had plenty of entertainment from the arcade games to board games. The pool was fantastic and the additional grass area was nice. All beds were large and extremely comfortable. House layout made it easy so the grandparents could have some separation from the kids. Location wise, youre 5 minutes driving from downtown. Only improvement would be if there was a door code for check in so we didnt have to coordinate meeting our host at a specific time (this is more of a challenge with young kids who rarely like to be on time) but it wasnt a huge deal and the property manager was friendly and helped show us around. Will absolutely book this house again for our next Palm Springs trip.

Great For Our Group!

Thank you so much! The kids never got bored. It fit all of us very comfortably. We were a group of high school friends with all our kids ages from 2 to 16.

We booked this trip for a 4 day getaway for 4 couples. House was fantastic. Beautiful property will pool spa/hot tub, fire pit and grill. Central location in Palm Springs. It was all we were hoping for in our trip. Kitchen had all you need or could want. All the bedrooms were comfortable. Master is large and very nice. We will look to return on our next trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredible home. Super clean, super comfortable and really great style in every part of the house! The kitchen is very well stocked with every cooking/baking/serving device one could imagine. The outdoor space is super cool as well, especially the zen-like cactus garden with fire pit. The pool was wonderful. The hot tub could use a little upgrading but overall was just fine. I would book this placed again.

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood.

We've stayed in Palm Springs many times and this was definitely the best house we stayed at. It's a beautiful mid-century home with a great outdoor space. Loved it!

Fantastic property and great experience all around. This was our first time in Palm Springs and we are so glad we chose this amazing home. Perfect location, spectacular view, very well-kept property (loved the style / interior decorating), and John was so friendly and helpful with check-in and responsive throughout our stay.

The Best Escape Spot - Wonderful Home. Our family of 5 stayed here over spring break, and absolutely loved the property and location. The pool/spa was heated and ready to go for us upon arrival and we loved seeing all the hummingbirds in the backyard. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and all the kitchen supplies and high-end appliances. Each bedroom had very comfortable beds and adjoining private bathrooms which made our stay amazing. The property is in perfect condition, and the home was so welcoming with is cleanliness and thoughtful decor. We were 3 minutes away from Indian Canyon golf and hikes, 25 min from the Areal Tram, and had a 1 hour drive to Joshua Tree National Park. We highly recommend this home and hope to return again as a family!

Absolutely incredible. I almost don't want to give this property such a glowing review because I want to be sure we always have the chance to book it. But everything about the house was perfect: the outdoor space was flawless, the gorgeous interior, the proximity to downtown.

Kenny is a pleasure to deal with, had a minor problem with pool temperature control but he had service company to repair asap.

We had a great month there, 30 to 40 minute walk downtown that we did numerous times or a 5 minute drive or Uber ride. Love the master bedroom with large ensuite and huge shower

Nicest home we have ever rented

We come to Palm Springs quite often and regularly rent homes. There are many beautiful homes for rent in Palm Springs, but this home is the best we have ever stayed in. It is stunningly decorated and is incredibly comfortable. The property managers were very professional and helpful. We plan on renting this home again soon.

Kenny and John were most accommodating and helpful. John did a great job orienting us to the property. We have rented from Kenny in the past and will do so again. We have never been disappointed when renting from Dry Heat.

Both Kenny and John were excellent to work with. Communication was very good and we really appreciated Johns empathy for our family health emergency

Our one concern was the number of golf balls falling into the yard and the pool. It might be safer and reduce your potential liability to add a net facing west to catch sliced drives

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how helpful and courteous our contact, John, was while we were there. Minor issues were immediately addressed, he had great recommendations (the Ace Hardware is not to be missed and lots of ideas for food), and was always a text away. We will definitely use Dry Heat Resorts again for our travel to Palm Springs, and hope that Haven House is available next year when we want to come.

The property is gorgeous, inside and out. The pictures are accurate, but really don't do it justice. The neighborhood is quiet with great views, easy access to hiking, and all the necessities within a few minutes drive. A quick drive to all of Palm Springs' great restaurants as well. The house is well appointed, with a great kitchen (we love to cook), beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, and several places to sit and relax. The backyard was great - we had lemons, grapefruit, and clementines from the trees, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, the fire pit got lots of use, and we enjoyed being out of the sun on the covered patio. We were also treated to a hummingbird hatching eggs right in the chandelier outside the kitchen window.

Fantastic home and amazing yard in a great location

John was extremely helpful. Gave us suggestions for dinner, day trips, site seeing. All were fantastic.

We had an amazing stay! The house was wonderful and very well stocked with everything we could ever need. The pool and yard were even better than the photos! Pristine! We sat by the outdoor fireplace every morning. Will absolutely come back! Thank you John!
