Working with Kenny to make our vacation reservation is always so easy. There is no question about pricing, requirements, rules or guidelines for the rentals when you are booking with him. He is accommodating and is great to work with. Due to our late arrival, Josh checked in with us our first morning there and went over all the essentials and even addressed some of the questions or issues we had (one AC system not working properly). He immediately contacted his team and got the AC up and running. We really enjoy booking our vacation rentals with Dry Heat Resorts. Not only do they have amazing vacation rentals but the team behind the brand makes customer service their priority.

The Tachevah Sunrise vacation rental by Dry Heat Resorts popped up as available for Labor Day weekend 2025. Once my kids saw the photos they agreed that this was the house we needed to stay at. I've had amazing rental experiences with Kenny at Dry Heat Resorts before so I reached out to him to see if we could initiate the process of renting the house, less than 2 weekdays form our arrival date. Kenny worked with me and quickly he had the contract and necessary forms over to me to finalize the agreement and payment. The house was just as amazing as the photos on the website. The house is huge, welcoming, and had every amenity you could need. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The entire house was amazing. The location is great, just 10 minute drive to down town and right around the corner from groceries, and other food options. Tachevah Sunrise is a beautiful vacation rental and working with Dry Heat Resorts, you won't regret your decision. If you can't tell, I'm a very happy, repeat client and I'll continue to book through Dry Heat Resorts whenever I can.

This was a wonderful place to spend a family vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped for all our family meals. The pool and spa were a highlight on those hot Palm Springs afternoons.

Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made the whole process stress-free.

The location was perfect, and the amenities beautiful and as advertised. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Photos were spot on. We chose this property for the mountain views from the pool area. House has everything you need and it was recently remodeled. AC worked perfectly in the summer heat. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Both, kids and adults were able to enjoy themselves.

Modern, well kept, convenient to downtown condo. Wonderful patio for relaxing with a great view of the city and San Jacinto mtns. Repeat renter here and always appreciate the amenities; included parking and a great pool are the bonus!

The communication with the owner was also very good. I would definitely use them again.

Beautiful, clean house with all that is needed in it. The water in the pool was clean and did not irritate our skin like the pools in the Hotels usually do.

AMAZING in every way possible. A true oasis for us and met every need and want in a property. You cant go wrong with this one and we are definitely going to be rebooking.

The management was very responsive. AC broke and they were there in 15 minutes to reset.

Group of 6 - four adults and two teens. The place was very comfortable and spacious. Kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked.

The house is just as pictured and super clean! If you're going in the summer and planning to use the pool, be careful of the patio and turf. Josh warned us, but it's super hot! All in all we loved this place and recommend it.

Went to get some pool time and sun for the 4th of July. Property was clean and comfortable. Fans everywhere including outside provide a nice breeze. Pool was the perfect temperature and the umbrellas on the tanning shelf were key for some much needed shade. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well. Only 5 min from the grocery store to grab stuff if needed. Overall it was a great trip and we even extended for an extra day of relaxation.

The check in was perfect, everything was explained to us. Which was good because of all the light switches and controls for the outside area.

Paradise in the desert. The house was perfect, clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was available. I definitely would rate this property as 5 star.

The property was beautiful and nicely stocked with towels, sheets, blankets. The neighborhood was safe and serene.

The home is very nice and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! I wish I knew what kind of mattress it is. The house is decorated very nicely, very spacious. Three of the bedrooms are on one side of the house and the master bedroom, which is huge, is on the other end of the house. All bedrooms have their own full bath.It was nice to have John at the house when I arrived to show me around. He also gave me restaurant recommendations and a map for Joshua Tree which was really cool and Im so glad I went there. It was nice they provided paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry detergent and softener. There was also travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in case you forgot your own. I felt very comfortable and safe in this home. It was a nice quiet neighborhood on a dead end next to a golf course. The only noise was work being done in the neighborhood like landscaping which I couldnt hear from inside the house. The pool and hot tub are amazing! So relaxing. They provide pool towels and loungers for the pool along with noodles. The air conditioning worked great and it was very hot while I was there. I loved the home and even after 10 days I didnt want to leave. I was able to park my car in the garage which was much appreciated because of the hot sun. Both Kenny and John are so accommodating. I definitely will stay in this home if I ever visit Palm Springs again! Thank you Kenny and John.

Highly recommend Dry Heat Resorts for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run vacation rental in Palm Springs. Well definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at Villa Estrella! The property was exactly as describedspacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths were perfect for our group of 7 , and we especially loved the pool and outdoor spaces.

This was our third time staying at this house. It's a perfect place to kick off summer. The house is clean, well-maintained, and has a well stocked kitchen. The backyard is great for lounging in the pool and barbecuing. Location is only a mile from all the restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back.
