Our stay at Yoasis was incredible. The house was literally the perfect configuration for our extended family. Everything was topnotch, from the linens, to the beautiful and functional furnishings, to the kitchen. I actually think you should advertise how well-stocked it is. I have never seen a rental property that offered so many utensils, platters, place settings, pots, pans, glassware... even cloth napkins. I cannot say enough. Thank you again, and I trust you will see us again.

Absolutely perfect house for a getaway ! Plenty of room for everyone, from the extra large living room couch, to the big dining room table, to the many choices for outdoor seating . Everyone kept commenting on the calming, chill atmosphere, well stocked kitchen supplies , beautiful bedrooms looking out to the mountains & pool. Would 100% book again & already missing our quiet mornings drinking coffee & watching the hummingbirds outside :-)

Place is exactly as described and perfect for a vacation in PS. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.

This is the second year in a row my family and I have stayed at this house for our mother's birthday and it was as amazing as the first year. The house is perfect for lounging around by the pool and the midcentury furnishings bring such a pleasant charm. The property is located in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood close by to downtown PS. It is always a pleasure to stay at this house and I hope we get to next year as well!

Had an amazing time at this location. Spent most of time with our adult children and grand children in beautiful back yard with heated pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor bbq was perfect and was able to eat outside most meals. House was very clean and everyone enjoyed it. Will rent this place again.

Without a doubt the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. More like a 5 star hotel but you have a house and pool all to yourself.

Watch out for golf balls LOL, beautiful home with ultimate back garden, pool and hige spa. Shampoo and conditioner could have been better, I would reccomend bring your own if you have long hair like me.

My sisters and I had a wonderful time. Kenny's place was the perfect setting for our getaway. The house is in the most serene surroundings; it was wonderful to sit by the pool or the fire pit and enjoy beautiful nature. It was so easy to relax because this location is extremely peaceful. The natural aspects of this location are just stunning: mountains, palm trees, hummingbirds, ducks. Just lovely. And of course, the pool and spa were fabulous. This property is the entire package: beautiful home with all the amenities, picture perfect natural surroundings, and within easy driving distance of all the fun that Palm Springs has to offer. I miss it already and recommend it highly!

Stayed at this place for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Spacious, nice pool and outdoor space, easy access to downtown and had everything we needed except a Keurig. Would definitely stay there again.

This is our second visit to this home and we can definitely say that Dry Heat offers better properties and personal service. Weve stayed at several places in town and Kenny and John definitely offer the best homes with all inclusive pricing and personal service. Early check in was available and accommodated which we appreciated. This home is perfectly located in one of the best neighborhoods with incredible views! We will definitely book again!

Kenny and John were so easy to communicate with and made the entire process easy from booking, check in and check out.

We just returned from six glorious days staying at the Deepwell house. BY FAR the most gorgeous and livable house I have ever experienced in PS. Three couples in my family ages ranging from 29 to 85 and two (well-behaved) dogs. Gorgeous, well appointed, beautiful pool and jacuzzi, a location that can't be beat, quiet neighborhood... the list of amazing details goes on and on. My father kept repeating that we are absolutely going to make staying at this house an annual tradition and that he was so impressed that for once the online photos matched the house exactly. No false advertising, this truly was an amazing home and we can't wait to come back again.

Kenny and John are excellent. Efficient, courteous and prompt with replies. I have rented from Kenny for years and the experience is consistently excellent.

I have rented from Kenny and Dry Heat resorts more times than I can remember - probably 15 or 20. The properties are all consistent and I never worry about the condition of any of his rentals. The Tachevah property is a favorite of ours, largely due to the outdoor space. Private, spacious with a wonderful pool and spa. Beds are comfortable and linens are always excellent quality. We don't cook much when we vacation, but the kitchen was very well-stocked for those who wish to do so. I look forward to renting from Kenny and Dry Heat Resorts again and again! -

This was the perfect Palm Springs house for a good break from reality Plenty of space to spread out, bedrooms were not right on top of each other, and the bathrooms were nicely stocked with towels and super clean. The house is impressive, but the backyard is where the house shines. There was plenty of sitting space, the pool was a nice size and adults can sit spaciously in the hot tub. We did have an 80 pound dog that we brought with us and she had more than plenty of space to run around, and the real grass was such a treat. We would recommend this house to friends!

John was amazing with our check in and the host company was great from reservation to checkout.

We stayed with our adult children, it was an amazing trip. The house was the perfect launching point for Palm Springs adventure, close to great dining options, provided a great kitchen/service ware for private chef-prepared dinner, and the perfect afternoons at the pool! We spent evenings in the spacious living area or around the fire pit! Looking forward to staying again.

The host was super accommodating and responded quickly. We will absolutely be staying there again next year!

We had an absolute amazing time!We stayed for Coachella weekend with a large group of friends and it was absolutely perfect. Every room has its own bathroom and king size bed, which is amazing and hard to find. The outdoor area was perfect. Only 3 points to note about this property 1. There is absolutely no outside music, which is a little bit of a bummer but we have stayed at many Palm Springs homes and we know this is outside the homeowners control. 2. There is absolutely no cell service! Wifi was provided so we could still make Wi-Fi calls, but text messages were extremely spotty. Again, no fault of the homeowner just worth noting.3. No keyless entry. If you are staying with a big group of people, you will need a physical key to get into the property.That was just a mild Inconvenience since we didnt have enough keys for all the guest, but I would not let that deter you from booking this property.Thanks again! see you next year!

We have been coming to PS for the past 9 Spring Breaks and this house was the best of every property we have ever stayed in. Location is perfection in a beautiful neighborhood. The house, amenities, backyard and pool were absolute perfection. We hope to make this our annual home to come back to each year.
