Guest Services

Guest Service Hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.  Your guest service agent will provide you with their cell phone number and email address for assistance. 

Guest Emergency Service hours are 24 x 7.  In the event of an emergency, your primary contact will be your guest service agent.  Your secondary contact for emergency service is our office at 760-449-7760.

Guest service begins approximately one week prior to your arrival date.  You'll receive an email with your vacation rental's address and directions.  Your guest service agent will be copied on this email and will coordinate your check in.  From this point on, your guest service agent is your single point of contact for all customer assistance.

Check In Condos:  All condo check ins are self check ins.  This means that your guest service agent will set up the condo prior to your arrival and leave a lockbox with your key inside of it for you to let yourself in.  Laminated instruction sheets will provide you with the basics of the condo, and your guest service agent is a phone call away.  

Check In Houses:  Houses are generally a little more complex than condos so we personally check you into the property at a prearranged time.  Personal check ins are only available before 5:30 pm. If you are checking in after 5:30 pm, your guest service agent will set up the house prior to your arrival and leave a lockbox with your key inside of it for you to let yourself in.
