Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 3 bedroom, 3 Bath La Quinta vacation home located in the gated community of Duna La Quinta. This former model home has over 2,100 sq ft of interior space and features a South-facing covered patio with outdoor dining, Gas BBQ, mountain & golf-course view and a high quality two-person Lounge Chair. The vacation rental overlooks Pete Dye's Dunes Course which is part of the beautiful La Quinta Resort and Spa. If you are looking for golf course and mountain views, this is your vacation home!

The master suite features a King size bed, cushioned headboard, large dresser, elegant armoire, TV, CD-Stereo and sitting area with oversized reading lounger. To keep you cool, the bedroom has a designer ceiling fan. A sliding-glass door opens to the patio with incredible mountain and golf course views. The private bathroom has extra large closets, dual sinks, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and stone floor.
Guest bedroom one features a Queen size bed, large dresser, nightstand, TV, CD-stereo and ceiling fan. A large window allows plenty of sun light into the bedroom's private bathroom which offers guests a large walk-in shower and stone floor.
Guest bedroom two has a Queen size bed, two nightstands, TV and a ceiling fan.
Walls of glass welcome the California sunshine into the spacious living room which, like the master bedroom, provides mountain and golf-course views beyond your wildest dreams. The room's seating area includes a matching sofa and loveseat, plus an oversized chair. The focal point of the room is a wall-mounted plasma TV that hangs above a warm gas fireplace. The decorative ceiling fan will keep you cool in either the living or the adjacent dining room which seats six at an ornate wood table.
The full kitchen will accommodate most all cooking and baking needs with dual ovens, microwave, spacious pantry, new appliances, island station. Computer desk and breakfast bar.
This La Quinta vacation rental also features a laundry room with sink, wireless Internet, private two-car garage and wet bar. It is close to one of four community pools and spas. Crown molding, premium carpet, stone floors and plantation shutters complete the property.
