Completed in 2004, this solar powered estate is located on over a 15,000 sq ft private lot featuring manicured hedges, mature palms, colorful bougainvillea, lagoon-shaped pool with tanning shelf, five-hole putting green, bubbling spa with waterfall, Misting system, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, gas fire pit and even a regulation height basketball hoop. A stone entry with wrought iron gate, 4-car motor court, furnished covered patios, stone pool deck and mountain views complete the exterior features of this luxury vacation estate.
**A special feature of the home is a water softening system that improves water quality which provides softer skin, shinier hair and cleaner looking clothes.
Upon entering the house, you’ll notice an elegant yet rustic ambiance typical of Mediterranean villas. You’ll especially notice the fine details including slate tile floors, stone walls, crown moldings, automated blinds, recessed lighting, ornate wood doors and cabinets, bronze hardware, granite countertops, skylights, plantation shutters, Sub-Zero and Viking kitchen appliances and more. The estate features five bedroom suites, each with private bathroom, oversized closet and flat-screen TV. Four of the bedrooms have King size beds and walk-in closets. The fifth bedroom is an attached private guest house with Queen size bed and large closet. A private office with two large workstations affords guests a private work space when needed.
The master bedroom features a King size bed, two nightstands, large entertainment center with 50” TV, ceiling fan and gas fireplace. Palm Springs sunshine enters the master bedroom through four large windows and a glass door that opens to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted bathtub, dual vanities with granite countertops, a step-down walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet with enhanced built-ins.
Guest bedroom 1 has a King size bed, 40” TV and walk-in closet. It also has a private bath with bathtub/shower combo.
Guest bedroom 2 has a King size bed, 50” TV and walk-in closet. Its private bath features a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling stone tile.
Guest bedroom 3 has a King size bed, 40” TV and walk-in closet. Its private bath features a bathtub/shower combo.
Guest bedroom 4 is an attached private guest house with King size bed, 50” TV, full kitchen, sitting area and private furnished patio. Its private bath features a bathtub/shower combo.
In addition to the five bedrooms, the home has a large family room with 55" TV, pool table, gas fireplace, large sectional and mountain view. The family room is conveniently located next to the gourmet kitchen.
The kitchen has a Dacor double oven and six-burner stove top. Other appliances include a Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, Viking wine refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Chefs will also enjoy the high-quality cookware, granite countertops, walk-in pantry and appreciate the choices of several dinnerware, flatware and glassware options. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast bar with four stools.

We went for a couples trip, and the property was a great size and layout for 5 couples. each of us had our own space, but could easily gather for games and cooking. The in-law unit is a little out of the way for coming and going, but is a great space and very private so it still works. Its about a $15 Uber/Lyft ride away from the downtown area. I would definitely stay again.

We recently return from a 9 night family/friends (all vaccinated) celebration in Palm Springs. There were 9 people in our group and the home we rented was perfect for our gathering. I have rented many homes/condos in the US and Europe through VRBO and this home was the cleanest, and had best equipped and organized Kitchen I have ever encountered. The home was so comfortable for a large group and the Pool and Patios were perfect for gathering, We used a Private Chef for a number of our meals and she and her Sous Chef found the Kitchen, and built in Outdoor BBQ a joy to work with and in. Dry Heat Resorts motto is "Better Properties and Personal Service". Kenny Felsher and his associate Andrew definitely lived up to that motto. We look forward to returning to PS and working with both of them in the future.

After adults in the family were vaxed to the max, we were able to travel to Palm Springs from Florida and LA. The house was the perfect venue for a small family reunion after a year of isolation, with a bedroom for everyone , even a separate casita for the grandparents. The kids especially loved the pool table and the pool and hot tub, great even with the cooler weather we experienced. The kitchen had all needed supplies and was roomy and efficient for all family meals. All light switches and controls were well labeled and in good working condition. Even the dog loved it! The home was the perfect fit for our gathering. Take that covid19!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Andrew from the property management co who gave us a tour of the property and everything we needed to know for our 3 week stay. We had just a few minor things that needed attention and they got right on it. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

The house and property are just like the pictures show...just perfect! We have already been asked by multiple friends that have seen the pictures where this is so they can book a trip there. The pool is set to a perfect temp and the waterfall at the spa into the pool was so nice to have on and relaxing. Played golf several times during out stay and out of the several courses played the south course next to the home was probably the favorite for everyone. you can walk to the 1st tee is how close it is. Thanks Kenny for all your help and look forward to booking again with you. This just might become a annual trip for our family. Everybody had a blast.

What more can you ask for! We had ten total guests and had massive room to do anything and everything. From there we explored 5 big rooms each with its own bathroom. There was an extra bathroom for guests in the main hallway. Pool and outdoor space was awesome some of us spent most of the time there. The main plus for me is I love to cook and this property had an over equipped full monster kitchen with top of the line appliances. Everything you can imagine you need in a kitchen is here. Top to bottom the whole house was super clean. Neighborhood is extremely quiet and about 5-8 minutes away from grocery store. Give this house a whirl next time in Palm Springs guaranteed it wont disappoint. Will be back for sure!

The photos don't do this house justice! The 5 king beds w/en suite baths were perfect, and all of the beds were RAVED about! This house was the perfect venue for my 50th birthday! The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of tools and equipment, and we brought more things than we needed to. I've already sent this listing to 2 friends who were asking about places to stay in Palm Springs. Everyone of my friends complimented on how beautiful the house was and how warm and inviting it was. Fabulous resort home with beautiful grounds and pool. Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed this home in every respect. We plan a family vacation in the Palm Springs/ Palm Desert area and have stayed in various VRBO homes every six months for the past six years. Each home is unique and excellent in many respects, but this home is a notch of above all the others. We were very impressed with the quality of the home, the furnishings, and, in particular, the pristine gourmet kitchen cleanliness and amenities. The attention to detail and the quality of the linens was superb.

We were so spoiled by Kennys , the property manager, service. He took care of any questions we had promptly. We had traffic problems checking in on time but he was very accommodating.

The pool table and basket ball hoop was great for the family and the pool is a little oasis! The casita is fully stocked , private and lovely for a couple or a family with a small child. All around we loved the property and would definitely stay again.
