Located in the historic Indian Canyons Golf Resort neighborhood, this 1,884 sq ft vacation home features resort amenities including a large pool, bubbling spa, Gazebo with outdoor dining area, covered patios with six colorful lounge chairs, gas grill, water features, West-Facing backyard and much more. In addition, two King beds, patios off of guest bedrooms, modern furniture and a sunny interior create the ideal Palm Springs experience.
The spacious master suite features an en suite bath with tile floors, double sink vanity, walk-in shower and spa-like feel. The spacious bedroom has a king bed, 42” TV, large closet, private patio and amazing mountain view.
Guest Bedroom one has a King bed with upholstered headboard, two nightstands with designer lamps, closet with built-in desk and a patio with mountain view.
Guest Bedroom two has a Queen bed with upholstered headboard, two nightstands with designer lamps, 42” TV, closet and a patio with mountain view. The two guest bedrooms share an updated bathroom with walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile.
The main living area of the house is comprised of the large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and spacious backyard with commanding views of the mountains.
The living room is modern, yet comfortable and cozy. A wall of glass, including clerestory windows, lets the morning Palm Springs sunshine in. It also opens the room up to the front courtyard with bubbling fountain. The over-sized couch and swivel chairs can accommodate six in front of a 48'' TV and gas fireplace. The adjacent formal dining room seats six in comfortable and stylish chairs and features both pool and mountain views.
The kitchen is beautifully laid out and well stocked for the gourmet cook. Featuring a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We absolutely loved our weekend getaway to this Palm Springs vacation home. Located in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood, everything we needed was close by. Grocery stores, coffee shops and our favorites, Elmers for breakfast and Mr. Lyons for drinks and dinner.
The property is quintessential Palm Springs, a mid century modern home impeccably designed and decorated both inside and out.
The interior is bright and airy and every living space has access to the outside. All the rooms are beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage, very comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Each bathroom has natural light, very large showers and beautiful tile. We loved the main living room with its retro decor, vaulted ceiling, stunning marble fireplace and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with state of the art appliances and everything we needed to utilize the three dining areas, two inside and one exterior.
It wouldnt be Palm Springs without a pool and spa with spectacular views of the mountains and this property did not disappoint. We spent as much time as possible outside taking advantage of the different lounge areas, the heated pool and spa. The sound of the water fountains was very relaxing. There was plenty of shade, the furniture was comfortable and there were ample pool towels. It was a treat to eat oranges and use lemons from the trees by the pool. The back of the house is surrounded by walls and shrubs making it very secure, a relief to us and our small dog.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indian Canyons Golf Resort property. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet.
The property exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. The house is well designed, every room is bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the outdoor area with the heated pool, Spa and different lounge areas all with amazing views of the mountains. We did not want to leave!

Lovely home with beautiful landscaping; Thank you Kenny for a wonderful visit to Palm Springs. The home was clean, inviting, accurately depicted in the photos and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool, the beautiful nighttime lighting and the great towels and sheets. The fun wall decor, pretty tile selections and comfortable yet elegant furnishings were all spot on. I came away from a weeks worth of making the beds with an absolute love of the easy quilted bedspreads that made each bed an ease to make and also made the bedrooms beautiful. Simple but stunning. Cannot think of anything that was missing...maybe more coffee filters, tp and garbage bags. Sending warm thoughts your way from snow covered Michigan!

5 Star stay in Palm Springs. This home is absolutely spectacular. It has everything you need for an amazing holiday. The pool is a great size and backs onto a beautiful view. The landscaping outside and decorating inside is stunning. We absolutely loved this house and the area with which it is located. The neighbourhood is stunning and it is so close to downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, golfing and shops. You will not regret booking this place. Enjoy!

This is clearly an excellent property, and like no other. The furnishings and decorating were the best we have seen in our decades of enjoying many properties in Palm Springs. Every bedroom has a door to a patio, a soothing design element. The view across the private pool to the mountains is unimpeded by power lines, a grand sight in the morning especially. The outdoor dining area, lighted for evenings, was the single best feature, something that we have not had at any other house. The neighborhood was quiet at all times, and our family was totally relaxed. The pool and spa were perfect and easy to use. Pool heat is included, not the usual for rentals. We will return!

Nicely done property in great location; This home is very nicely furnished with high quality furniture and accessories. The beds are comfortable and the home has a very nice flow to it. Plenty of covered outdoor lounging spaces and ample sized pool. The home's condition is top notch. The location in South PS is great - less windy than the north part and close to all the amenities. I'd rent here again.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and were blown away when we arrived at the house. It was everything and more from the pictures online. Everything is updated, high quality and extremely clean. It was just what we were looking for... a quiet nice get away that was still only a short 5-10 minute drive from all the amazing spots downtown Palm Springs. The view from the backyard, pool and hot tub do not begin to show how incredible it looks on the photos. Every night we would either sit by the beautiful gas fire inside or sit in the hot tub looking at the mountains watching the stars and it was a true piece of heaven. The kitchen was also fully equipped with every little need you would want and the grill outside came in handy when we wanted to stay in and bbq! Another amazing feature of this home was the incredible beds that made you never want to leave the bedroom! 10/10 stay and are already trying to find a way to come back soon!!!

The house is immaculate and a great house for anything from a couple to three couples. Lots of space. Nicely updated and the backyard is optimal. Perfect unobstructed views to the West with peaks to the north and south as well. Great views from the hot tub. Nice combination of sun and shade. I am fairly picky about rentals and this one exceeded my expectations.

We were the first people to enjoy this house as a rental. Operation of the pool & jacuzzi, television, lights, etc. is laid out very clear and easy to maintain. The house is very clean and laid out well for entertaining. We had some friends for a BBQ on Sunday and had plenty of lounge chairs, indoor and outdoor dining tables and chairs. The property is very secure as well. We brought 2 dogs and never had to worry about them getting out. The front porch is gated and the side entrance to the back yard is double gated. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend this house to friends and family and would return for another relaxing vacation.

This house was absolutely perfect. It provided the perfect spot for our long weekend getaway to Palm Springs. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable including a well stocked kitchen. Beautifully furnished in very fun Palm Springs fashion. Everything was immaculate. We were there in July so it was pretty hot out - however the pool was refreshing and a beautiful spot to watch the sunset over the mountains. This was great for the weekend but is so comfortable it would be perfect for a month stay as well. Cant wait to return!

I live just 2 hours away in Los Angeles, but this felt like getting far away to a relaxing oasis. Loved the big pool and spa with backyard views of the mountains. Great BBQ and outdoor dining area with lots of spots to lounge and watch the sunset. We had a great time spending the day relaxing, barbecuing, and eating by the pool.
We also really liked the fun, Palm Springs mid-century modern dcor.
Bright kitchen and comfortable living area with open layout facing the pool and mountains the kitchen and master bedroom both had a great view of the mountains. So relaxing to wake up to a beautiful, serene mountain view.
The house had everything we needed towels, cookware, dishes, blow dryer, coffee maker, etc.
I definitely recommend this house, and am looking forward to renting again!
