Located in the historic Indian Canyons Golf Resort neighborhood, this 2,568 sq ft vacation home features resort amenities including a large kidney-shaped pool, bubbling spa, cactus garden with large fire pit, covered patio with outdoor seating, four colorful lounge chairs, two umbrellas (not shown), built-in gas grill, citrus trees, oversized lot and much more. In addition, two King beds, a 65'' TV in the living room, modern furniture and a sunny interior create the ideal Palm Springs experience.
The spacious master suite features an en suite bath with tile floors, double sink vanity, walk-in shower and spa-like feel. The spacious bedroom has a king bed, 600- thread count Egyptian cotton linens, 48'' TV, huge walk-in closet, desk,chair and black- out drapes that reveal an amazing mountain view.
The three guest bedrooms are all very similar in design. Each has two nightstands with designer lamps, spacious closets, bed with upholstered headboards and 600 thread count linens. The difference between the bedrooms is that they each have their own color scheme.
The orange bedroom, like the master, has a king size bed, TV, large windows and glass door to the backyard. The spa is just steps away from the door of this comfortable suite and so is one of the other two bathrooms. This bathroom, by the way, has a walk-in shower.
The green bedroom, or green room for those of you in the entertainment industry, has a queen size bed, window with mountain view and a desk and chair to get some work done if need be. The blue bedroom also has a queen size bed and a large window that lets the Palm Springs sunshine stream in. The green and blue bedrooms share an updated bathroom with tub/shower.
The main living area of the house is an open floor plan that encompasses a large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and expansive backyard with commanding views of the mountains.
The living room is modern yet comfortable and cozy. The crescent-shaped couch and swivel chairs can accommodate eight in front of a 65'' TV with Netflix and DVR. The adjacent dining room seats six in comfortable and stylish chairs. Sunshine pours into both rooms bathing them in natural light.
The kitchen itself is beautifully laid out for the gourmet cook. Featuring a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator (with ice-maker). No worries about what to cook or bake with as all the pots and pans that are by Cuisinart, plus additional kitchen appliances that include a Kitchenaid stand mixer, a blender (perfect for margarita?s!), food processor, as well as a selection of cook books (just in case you need a little inspiration).

Memorable stay in beautiful Indian Canyon! Outstanding home! Once unpacked we found this home welcoming and comfortable for 7 of us ranging in age from 16-86! The kitchen had everything we wanted as we like to cook at home, bedrooms were all very comfortable, the house and grounds were very spacious offering us the option to enjoy each area together and also quaint enough to enjoy solitude. Nothing about this house disappoints and we are a hard family to please. Thoughtful appointments throughout the house offer comfort, relaxation and best of all... ease of use making this house a perfect getaway set in the beauty of Indian Canyon, Palm Springs.

Property was great; Let me just tell you what we did and that'll tell you everything.
8 girlfriends gathered together for a weekend together. Friday night we cooked a pulled pork / polenta / greens dinner and found the kitchen perfectly appointed. Then we took a dip in the hot tub before heading to sleep. The next day we drove all of a few miles to an amazing hiking spot and were super fit. After we cleaned up and had lunch, we lounged near the pool or took naps. Everything felt they had space. Later that night we sat around the fireplace pit to chat that lasted into the wee hours. This house is perfect -- enough space for everyone to feel like they could retreat into what they needed and enough shared space where you could really come together. It's a high recommend.

We loved our stay at this great house for a girlfriend getaway. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood of high end residences around a golf course. It is furnished with fun mid-century accessories and is well appointed with everything that we needed. So much attention to detail! The perfect getaway!! First off, this house looks EXACTLY like the photos, if not better. We recently stayed here for a long girls weekend to celebrate my dear friend before her wedding. Trying to accommodate everyones needs I thought may be challenging, but this property did not disappoint!
We had a hard time finding a place that had a pool, spa, fire pit, and ample room for everyone to sleep. This house checked everything off the list! The pool was even bigger then we thought!
Several of the girls are professional chefs and were elated that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. They even had a kitchen aid mixer!
Our plans to go out were quickly rethought as we enjoyed the gorgeous pool and fire pit so much we didnt want to leave!
At first we were concerned about the noise restrictions but the lot is located on a corner and gave us the perfect amount of privacy.
All in all this was the perfect getaway for us working girls and moms who needed a much deserved break from the chaos.
The only thing we found we needed was more toilet paper lol. I would recommend this house to anyone!

I've had now the good fortune to stay at this property twice as of this past weekend and it definitely is a diamond in the middle of Palm Springs! The house is stunning and has all the conveniences you could ever need. Check-in was extremely easy and efficient and the house was relaxing and tranquil. The decor was exactly what we were looking for and while it was extremely hot outside, having the pool for quiet respites was delightful! The location is a quick Uber ride to all the restaurants and attractions so you can easily access everything without worrying about parking. Everything in the house is conveniently located and there is a great guide to help you answer questions should you have any. Kenny the property manager is a text away should we have needed anything as well! Just a stunning house and perfect!

Stunning home in beautiful Palm Springs: Stayed here with 5 of my friends and we were thrilled with our visit. Everything was taken care of, the bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate and well stocked, there were plenty of pool and shower towels, a great sound system, and the furnishings were beautiful. It far exceeded our expectations! The fire pit outside was lovely, and the fireplace inside was amazing. The only thing missing was possibly umbrellas outside for some shade but otherwise, it was amazing!

My family was very satisfied with our recent stay with Dry Heat Resorts. The house was very well equipped. We like to cook and very much appreciated the quality of kitchen supplies and that the knifes were sharp!!. We are long stay guesses and nothing can make or break a stay quicker than poor beds and bedding so again thank you for having quality bedding as we all enjoyed restful sleep. The decor is wonderful, thoughtfully laid out and very representative of the era. Its the little thinks that make such a difference like supplied Qtips and cotton balls in the bathrooms.The location is excellent for walking and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown.

After a long day of travel, we arrived at the home late and were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming, yet cozy it was. The property manager, Kenny, had dimmed the lights and turned on some music to help make us feel right at home.

A perfect dose of Palm Spring style and sunshine. My family and I recently visited Palm Springs for the first time and were not disappointed.
From the open concept family room, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and crystal blue pool, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Since we spent most of our time in the pool and spa we appreciated the homes private setting. There are beautiful views of the mountains in all directions, yet the large hedge and well-maintained landscaping gave us the privacy we were looking for. The kitchen was perfectly equipped to handle all our cooking and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit outside as the temperatures dipped at dark.
I was a little concerned about the noise ordinances in the area having three young kids, but we didn't have any issues. Also, the location of the house, situated on a corner helped put us at ease we weren't disturbing the neighbors with our pool games.
All in all, we had a blast and the home met our high expectations. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We would definitely come back to this property again and recommend it to others.

Great Palm Springs Vacation! My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Palm Springs home! The house was lovely and immaculate. I had high expectations based on the photos and I would have to say I was not disappointed at all. There were also added features that made our stay even nicer. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, and baking pans, and cooking utensils that made it easy to prepare some great meals at the house while we were there. Great sound system! And the outdoor space was both beautiful and spacious...exactly what one is looking for in Palm Springs! I would definitely book this house again!

Kenny was really wonderful. He met us at the house at the agreed upon time, gave us the official tour and explained everything, and then left us to our vacation. We needed to ship a few items for Christmas and he gave us an address to ship to and when we walked into the house, there were our packages. The entire process was easy and Kenny always responded immediately to any questions.

If I could leave today and go back to Palm Springs and live in this house I would. Our group of 6 included people from Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Pennsylvania. Collectively, we have been all over the world. Every single one of us were thrilled when we saw our vacation home and we were all sad when we had to leave. Not one complaint. We would not have changed one thing. We will be back!! Kenny, I am sorry we didn't break down the jigsaw puzzles and clear the table. We worked so hard, we just couldn't do it! Where do I even begin? We stayed here for five nights and had such an amazing time! The house is beautiful, immaculately furnished, and well stocked. We intended to take road trips around the area and found that we didn't want to leave the house. We enjoyed lazy days in the beautiful salt water pool and evenings with cocktails by the fire pit. Conveniently located, downtown is only a short bike or car ride away. I really appreciate that our pups were equally welcome. My family and I have been coming to Palm Springs for many years- Staying in hotels and houses - This house is by far the best place ever!! It has everything (cactus garden with outdoor fireplace, excellent Jacuzzi/pool a bar-b-que we used day and night and the house is in absolute pristine shape with Palm Springs mid-century elegance). Truly my favorite house and place to stay in Palm Springs. Kenny who is in charge was always in touch with us and made everything positive and easy. They have a COMPLETE notebook at the house that explains how to use everything from the TV, DVD, coffee maker Etc... An hour before arriving Kenny called me and asked if we needed anything- I told him it would be nice when we arrive if he could have the Jacuzzi hot - Not a problem and that is how it was.
If you are thinking of renting this house you will be very happy. The neighborhood is quite and very close to town and the best breakfast is at Kings Highway at the Ace hotel and that is walking distance.
