Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Vista Del Montanas. This home features 2009-new carpet and paint and is steps away from the pool and spa. It also features the following:
*High Speed Wireless Internet from Dec 15 - April 30.
*Unlimited U.S./Canadian long distnace service from Dec 15 - April 30.
The living room features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, gas fireplace, large TV, DVD and CD player.
The dining room adjoins the living room and accommodates six. It is convenient to the full kitchen which features newer appliances , tile floor, and everything you'll need to bake or cook a great meal.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large dresser, two nightstands, flatscreen TV, spacious closet and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, two nightstands and a large dresser. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, a large dresser and one nightstand.
The house has sliding glass doors from the dining room which open to the back patio. This trellis-covered patio has a dining table, 4 chairs, a BBQ, 2 lounge chairs and view of a large grassy area and one of the community pool and spa areas. The back patio faces west & is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.
A private two-car garage and washer & dryer complete this Palm Desert vacation rental.
