RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is pleased to offer you this 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental at Sandstone Villas in South Palm Springs. This 1,200 sq ft ground floor unit was recently updated with tile floors throughout, kitchen counters, cabinets, appliances and more. It is also one of the few Sandstone Villas condos that has a washer and dryer inside the unit.

Each bedroom has a Queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, en-suite bathroom and mountain view. One of the bedrooms has a flatscreen TV.
The living room is open, spacious, sunny and inviting. For your entertainment, it has a large TV, VCR & DVD player, CD stereo and plenty of comfortable seating, including a queen size sofa sleeper for guests.
Adjacent to the living room are the kitchen and dining areas. A sliding-glass door allows plenty of sunshine in as you dine while a ceiling fan will ensure you don't get too warm. Modern appliances, a blender, toaster, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker complete the room. This condo even has a patio with a view of Mt. San Jacinto.
