Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent "Las Tres Palmas" in the Ruth Hardy Park neighborhood of central Palm Springs. This 3 bedroom + den, 1,920 sq ft house was remodeled in 2010, and also has 2010-new furniture & electronics. Some of the upgrades include granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite & glass fireplace, tile floors, custom headboards, flat-screen TVs, Blu-ray players, DVRs and more. For your entertainment, the house has an iPod compatible stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers plus HBO & Showtime. There is also a salt-water pool and spa.
The master bedroom features a King size bed with padded headboard, 42" wall-mounted flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, DVR, walk-in closet and French doors which open to the pool and spa. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile & wall-mounted hairdryer.
Each of the two guest bedrooms features a Queen size bed, padded headboard, 32" flat-screen TV and two night stands. One of the guest bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is a powder room close to the other guest bedroom.
The den is a great place to work or relax. For your relaxation, there is a large sofa, 42" wall-mounted flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player & DVR. If you need to get some work done, there is a built-in desk, chair and Internet modem. In addition, the large sofa has a Queen size sleeper in it and can sleep two additional guests (For total of 8).
The living room is light, modern, warm and comfortable. A granite & glass gas fireplace is the focal point of the room. For seating, there is a large sofa and chaise along with a side chair.
Adjacent the living room is a dining room that seats six and receives ample natural light thru French doors and an oversized window. The French doors open to a covered patio with outdoor living room. Outdoor speakers let you enjoy your favorite music while you enjoy the Palm Springs warmth.
The newly remodeled kitchen has 2010-new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, tile floor and elegant cabinets. There is even a juicer if you want to make fresh juice. The kitchen?s French doors open to the very private yard with pool and spa.
In addition to the uniquely shaped salt-water pool and spa, the yard features a large gas grill, four oversized chaise lounges, dining table with umbrella & four chairs and the covered living room.
