The master bedroom has a King size bed, iPod alarm clock, spacious closet, plush carpet, stylish ceiling fan and a wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player.  The room receives ample sunshine from an oversized window and sliding glass door that opens to the side yard with Jacuzzi.  The private bath has a white pedestal sink, sunken bathtub with vintage tile and modern waterfall shower head.  A glass door opens from the master bathroom to the side yard and Jacuzzi.

The two guest bedrooms both feature Queen size beds, iPod alarm clocks, spacious closets, plush carpet, stylish ceiling fans, oversized windows and pitched ceilings.  They share the second bathroom, which like the master bathroom has a white pedestal sink and bathtub.  This bathroom?s natural light emanates from a large skylight.

Combined living, dining and kitchen areas comprise the remaining square footage with walls of glass opening to the backyard.  The living room contains retro-styled furniture along with a modern flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod.  The kitchen has slab-granite counters and stainless steel appliances, including an expresso maker.  The dining room seats six at a large glass table.  It overlooks the outdoor dining area that also seats six.
    
In addition to the dining area, the private backyard has six lounge chairs, two of which are located on a raised sundeck adjacent to your very own salt-water pool.  A large grass area separates the pool from a gazebo which houses a glass fire pit, more seating and a gas grill.  A raised Jacuzzi is located around the corner off of the master bedroom.  While it is easily accessible to the backyard, there is a sense of privacy there.  The backyard is tastefully landscaped and affords guests beautiful views of Mount San Jacinto.
