This 1959 Butterfly Alexander was designed by renowned mid-century architect William Krisel of Palmer and Krisel.  It has been obsessively restored to its original vision of space age optimism.  Through sweeping clerestories and a wall of South facing glass, this house brings the outside in, flooding it with sunlight and warmth.  

The master bedroom has a King size bed, 32" Flat Screen TV, spacious closet and tile floors.  The room receives ample sunshine from an oversized window and sliding glass door that opens to the backyard.  The private bath has a pedestal sink, sunken bathtub & vintage tile floor.  A glass door opens from the master bathroom to an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.  

The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, spacious closet, tile floor, oversized window and a pitched ceiling.  The 3rd bedroom was turned into a comfortable den with TV.

Combined living, dining and kitchen areas comprise the remaining square footage with walls of glass opening to the South facing backyard.  The living room contains retro-styled furniture along with a TV with surround sound.  The kitchen has a retro countertop with modern appliances including an expresso maker.  The dining room seats four and like the rest of this area has amazing mountain views.
