Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent one of central Palm Springs' most luxurious vacation rentals, Villa Del Valle.  The property was completed in 2006 and was purchased and equipped by its owners to be an ultra-luxurious vacation rental.  Located in prestigious Ruth Hardy Park, Villa Del Valle is a 3,158 sq ft house located on over 1/2 acre of spacious, private, manicured grounds.  Upon entering the house, you will notice an elegant yet rustic ambiance;  wood beams stretch across the living-room ceiling, Spanish tile floors are in every room and custom wrought-iron fixtures abound.   The vacation rental features 4 bedroom suites, each one with private bathroom, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and high quality bed.  The home was professionally decorated by Los Angeles decorator Kevin Heywood Beer.  The private walled grounds have a private eight-car motor court, three car garage, semi-private driveway, outdoor shower and lagoon-shaped saltwater pool and spa.   If you're looking for your own private resort, you've found it!
 
The master bedroom features a King size bed, two nightstands, dresser, leather bench, ceiling fan and gas fireplace.  Above the gas fireplace is a 55" wall mounted flat screen TV.  Palm Springs sunshine enters the master bedroom via an oversized mountain-facing window and French doors that overlook the pool area.  The en-suite bathroom has a large oval bathtub with some of the best mountain views in town.  It also has dual vanities, a step-down walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet with enhanced built-ins.  
 
Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a King and Queen size bed respectively, two nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, 32" Hi-Definition TV and walk-in closet.  Bedroom two has en-suite bath with walk-in shower, while bedroom three has a tub/shower combo.  Both bedrooms feature French doors that open to furnished patios.
 
Bedroom 4 is an attached guest casita with King size bed, two end tables, dresser, ceiling fan, 32" Hi-Definition TV and walk-in closet.  It also has a private bath with walk-in shower.
 
Central to the living room is a seating area with an English Cheshire Leather Sofa, large glass coffee table and two full-sized leather chairs.  The West wall has a centrally located gas fireplace. Built-in bookshelves and wood cabinets are on either side.  There is a large bar ideal for entertaining on the west wall just to the left of the fireplace.  The North Wall has large windows on either side of two glass paneled French doors.  The doors open up to the estate's large back yard, and one of the many private patios.  This patio consists of a table, 4 chairs and a large flowing fountain.  Back inside, the neighboring dining room has a unique light fixture made up of undulating metal arms and star-shaped lights.   This formal dining area seats eight and is adjacent to the vacation rental's well equipped kitchen.
 
The full "cook" kitchen is outfitted with high-quality appliances and service items for food & beverage preparation.  A five-burner hooded stove, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven and microwave allow for the preparation of small to large catered meals.  Other essentials at your fingertips include a coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils, serving pieces, trays, pots, pans as well as plastic items for poolside enjoyment.  Adjoined to the kitchen is a sunny breakfast room with a rustic old-world table and four chairs that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

The family room the ideal place for informal gatherings.  It has a 32" Hi-Def TV, DVD and whole house DVR.  There are also ceiling-mounted speakers to ensure a movie theatre experience.  For your comfort, the room has a comfortable sofa and numerous side chairs.  Just off the family room is the laundry room/pantry with direct access to the 3-car garage.

The grounds at Villa Del Valle surround the beautiful house and offer guests numerous seating, grass and lounging areas, some more private than others.  Two of the bedrooms, for example, have their own furnished patios.  One features two lounge chairs while the other has two chairs with ottomans.  Surrounding the pool are six lounge chairs with accompanying umbrellas, tables and outdoor speakers.  The gas fire-pit area has built-in seating for around eight plus.  For poolside dining, there is a rustic outdoor dining table, six chairs and umbrella.  Also outside is the built-in gas grill which, for your convenience, is just outside the kitchen/breakfast area.   The gas grill is built into an alcove along with a sink for cleaning utensils.   As you can see from the pictures, the pool has a lagoon shape and encircles the bubbling spa which overflows down a rock incline into the larger body of water.  And then there are the mountain views, which extend from Mt. San Jacinto to the Indian Canyons, and can be viewed from almost the entire property.  Villa Del Valle is truly a unique, luxury vacation rental experience you will not soon forget.

This home was even more beautiful in person. The grounds were phenomenal, with beautiful colored flowers, and well groomed lawn. All 4 bedrooms were perfect for adults, as they all had their own large bathroom and were located on opposite ends of the house offering privacy.

First Class operation all the way... The property was 10 Star.. not 9 or 9.5.. If you are accustomed to staying at the Ritz or Four Seasons this property is for you. 993 North Patencio. This was my first experience renting a house and I don't think it could have been any better. Perfect for a nice and relaxing family vacation.. We walked to town everyday. Nice things cost money and this house is over the top. I can't say enough good things about this property.. We had a fabulous spring break vacation. Can't Thank you enough

This was our second stay in this amazing home. It was thoroughly enjoyable, has an excellent location and, if our Canadian dollar was higher we would rent it again. Unfortunately this property is too expensive for us to manage next year.

Good Neighbor Rules and Regulations For City of Palm Springs
Amplified music is prohibited outside of your vacation rental at all times.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm.
A maximum of 8 people are allowed at the property overnight. Maximum daytime occupancy is 12.
The number of vehicles parked at the property must not exceed the number of bedrooms.
Dogs--If you have brought your dog, please clean up after your pet both on and off of the property
Every guest above the age of 18 is expected to review and sign the good neighbor document upon arrival.
