Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 4 bedroom, 3 bath, mid-century modern ranch style vacation home that was originally built in 1962.  Located in the historic Indian Canyons Golf Resort neighborhood of Palm Springs, this 2,568 sq ft vacation rental features resort amenities including a large pool, bubbling spa, covered patio with outdoor seating, four lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, private office, spacious lot and much more.  In addition, a Sonos audio system with multiple speakers, pictorial mountain views, a spacious master suite, contemporary furniture and a sunny interior create the ideal Palm Springs experience.

The spacious master suite features an en suite bath with tile floors, double sink vanity, walk-in shower and spa-like ambience. The spacious bedroom has a King size bed, sofa with chaise lounge, 40'' TV, Sonos speaker, huge walk-in closet and plantation shutters that reveal an amazing mountain view.
 
There is a great separation of bedrooms in this Palm Springs vacation home.  The Master is on one side of the house, while the two guest bedrooms and the private office are on the other side, down a long L-shaped hallway.
 
Guest bedroom one has two full size beds and sleeps four.  For your comfort, the room also has a modern chair, two nightstands, ceiling fan, closet and a large window with mountain view.

Guest bedroom two has a Queen size bed, 32" TV, oversize side chair, one nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan and closet.  It receives a tremendous amount of natural light from both a large window and sliding glass door that opens to the backyard.  Guests staying in this bedroom will enjoy stunning mountain views from bed.  One of the guest bathrooms is located just feet away and features a walk-in shower.
 
For those on a working vacation, or those who just need to spend a little time at the computer, this property offers a private office with two workstations, two office chairs, a 37" TV, Sonos speaker and mountain view.  There is also a futon that can sleep one.  The office and guest bedroom one share an updated bathroom with tub/shower.

The main living area is an open floor plan that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and expansive backyard with commanding views of the mountains.
    
The living room is contemporary yet comfortable and cozy.  The L-shaped couch with chaise, along with two oversize side chairs, can accommodate eight in front of the 50'' TV.  The living room also has a Sonos speaker so you can listen to your favorite music from your smart device or laptop.

The adjacent dining room seats up to ten (There are six additional folding chairs available).  The adjoining kitchen counter seats an additional three at stools.  Sunshine pours into both rooms bathing them in natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully laid out for the gourmet cook.  It features a 4-burner stove, two ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator (with ice-maker).  A pass through counter from the kitchen to a covered outdoor kitchen is available for easy outdoor serving.  The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill and refrigerator.  The outdoor kitchen is only a small part of a larger covered outdoor living area that spans the entire back side of the property.

This Palm Springs vacation home is located on almost 1/4 of an acre and overlooks the second hole of the north course at Indian Canyons Golf Resort.   From the backyard, you will enjoy mountain views to your South, East and West.

A two car garage, washer/dryer, WiFi and Free US and Canadian long distance complete the property.

We have rented a number of vacation properties and this property tops our list. The pictures and property description were accurately represented. Upon arrival Kenny walked us through the property showing and explaining its many features. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the cleanliness of the property and its many amenities. The outdoor area (pool, spa and lawn) are well maintained. We even had access to the garage, which is not the case with many vacation rentals. Dry Heat Resorts made our family vacation a very memorable experience.

We stayed at the Indian Canyons Villa for our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family: 6 adults, a two-year old, and a baby. The bedroom and bathroom accommodation was perfect for our group. We were able to put the baby's pack-and-play crib in the office, which was quiet and private, and it gave the parents some privacy too. The pool was beautifully warm, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi at night. The Kitchen was super, and we cooked our anniversary dinner at the house, which was easier than going out. The house is in a quiet, residential area, with mountains on two sides, and the house itself is well-equipped and beautifully furnished.

Though I gave this property a five-star rating, I was reluctant to do so and heres why: the home, the location, the management company, was perfect in every way. And now, those of you who read this review are going to want to rent this property, which will, in effect, lower my chances of renting it again. I find this prospect disturbing and a bit depressing. Honestly though, the home was as advertised. Kenny met us at the property (even though we arrived 90 minutes later than expected), gave us a personal tour, and described in detail the first-class amenities that awaited us. The layout of the home is ideal for a family or a couples get-away, well stocked with everything youll need (albeit a bit skimpy on paper products) and the viewsoh-my-god the views! If you rent this home, you wont be sorry. But I will. Kind of

Good Neighbor Rules and Regulations For City of Palm Springs
Amplified music is prohibited outside of your vacation rental at all times.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm.
A maximum of 8 people are allowed at the property overnight. Maximum daytime occupancy is 12.
The number of vehicles parked at the property must not exceed the number of bedrooms.
Dogs--If you have brought your dog, please clean up after your pet both on and off of the property
Every guest above the age of 18 is expected to review and sign the good neighbor document upon arrival.
