RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium at the Palm Springs Deauville development in downtown Palm Springs.
*Wireless Internet from December 15 - April 30 only.
*Unlimited U.S. and Canadian Long Distance year around.
The bedroom, of this second floor vacation home, has a queen size four post bed, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands with lights and a flatscreen TV with built-in DVD player. Sliding glass doors, from the bedroom, lead to the northeast-facing patio with patio furniture, Electric BBQ, a tropical bar set and ceiling fan. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with sky lights, a queen size sofa bed, game table, large entertainment center with TV & DVD player and tropical island decor. The Island-style theme flows into the dining room which has four wicker/rattan chairs with thick cushions. The thick cushions and the table settings are adorned with palm trees and bamboo. There are also two stools at the adjoining kitchen counter. The full kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, blender and refrigerator with ice maker.
