RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo at the Palm Springs Deauville in downtown Palm Springs. The unit features tile floors, high quality cabinets, granite counter tops, crown moulding, pendant lights in the kitchen and bedroom and an island theme throughout.

The bedroom has a 2011-new King size bed, TV, DVD player, two nightstands, dresser, hanging pendant lights and ensuite bathroom with granite countertops, tile floors and walk-in shower. A sliding glass door opens to the northwest-facing patio with patio furniture, BBQ and greenbelt view.
The living room has an L-shape sofa with a queen size sofa bed. It has two large cushioned rattan chairs and a large entertainment cabinet with 32" flatscreen TV and DVD.
The dining room seats four at a glass-top table while guests are kept cool by the ornate ceiling fan above. There are also three stools at the adjoining kitchen counter for additional seating. The unit also features a full kitchen
