RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the Deauville development in Central Palm Springs.
*Wireless Internet from December 15 - April 30 only.
This first floor unit has tile floors throughout except for the bedroom which has carpet. The bedroom has a queen bed with headboard, flat-screen tv, one night stand, an oversized dresser and sliding glass doors leading to a private patio. The living room has a comfortable sofa/sleeper, two plush side chairs, tasteful artwork, 32" Flatscreen TV, DVD player and side tables. It too has glass paneled doors leading to the private patio with comfortable chairs, table and a BBQ. The dining room has a large rectangular cherry wood table and four matching chairs. The room is illuminated by a contemporary hanging light fixture. The condo also features a full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and even a stainless steel refrigerator.
