This upper floor unit has new carpet throughout and modern styling. The bedroom has two nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, six drawer dresser, TV, DVD player and an armoire. Sliding glass doors, from the bedroom, lead to the patio with incredible mountain views and an electric grill. The living room has a comfy sofa/sleeper, matching chair and ottoman, 32" flatscreen Hi-definition TV, VCR, stereo system with CD player and a ceiling fan that hangs from cathedral ceilings. The modern theme flows into the dining room which has a chrome and glass-top table and four chrome and black chairs. There are also three stools at the adjoining kitchen counter. Sunlight from three large skylights high above the dining room's vaulted ceiling illuminate the entire dining and living room areas. The unit also features a full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and toaster. 

The glass paneled doors in the living room lead to the private patio with western views of Mt. San Jacinto. The patio has sling-back chairs, a large table and an electric grill. To keep you cool, it even has a ceiling fan.
