RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condominium in the Deauville development in Central Palm Springs. The condo was updated in 2006. Updates include new paint, tile floors in kitchen, dining room and living room and a new sofa and loveseat. This Palm Springs vacation rental has two patios with furniture. The first has a large patio with a table, four chairs and a large gas BBQ. The second patio has a chaise lounge, two chairs and an incredible west-facing view of the main pool area and Mt. San Jacinto.
The master Bedroom has a 2008-new mattress & bedroom set, King-size bed, private bathroom and sliding-glass doors leading to one of the two patios. This patio has a great view of the main pool area. The second bedroom has two twin beds & private bath-room. The living room has matching leather sofa and love seat, a large TV and plenty of additional seating. It opens up to the second patio which has a glass table and seating for four. The Dining room of the condo seats four. More sliding glass doors open to the aforementioned western-facing patio that faces the main pool and Mt. San Jacinto. The unit also features a full kitchen.
