RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located at Mountain Gate in Palm Springs. This 2,107 sq ft vacation home features a private backyard with mountain-view, master suite with private bath & sitting area, travertine tile floors and a two-car garage. It is walking distance to one of the three community pools & spas. Not only is this vacation rental pet-friendly, the community is pet-friendly and contains numerous dog-walking parks.

The spacious master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the back yard. A king size bed, ceiling fan, two nightstands with lamps, dresser and 34" hi-definition flat-screen TV. The master suite also has a sitting area with loveseat, and a private bath with two sinks, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom one has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and a large dresser. The room receives ample sunlight through its large window. Just a few steps from this bedroom is the second bathroom which has a shower/tub combo.
While the master bedroom and guest bedroom one are close to one another, guest bedroom two is on the other side of the house. Its location gives a lot of privacy to whomever is using it. This bedroom has a Queen size bed and ceiling fan. Just a few steps away is the third bathroom which has a walk-in shower.
A sliding glass door and large window make the living room of this Palm Springs vacation home light and bright. Laying on top of the elegant travertine tile floor is a colorful area rug that defines the cozy seating area. Behind the sofa is a colorful accent wall with two additional chairs. In front of the seating area is a gas fireplace and 42" flatscreen TV with surround sound. For your entertainment, there is also a five-disc CD/DVD player and an iPod/mp3 docking station.
The formal dining room is tastefully decorated and seats six. Additional dining is available at the breakfast table which is connected to the well-equipped kitchen with center-island. The kitchen features stainless steel oven and microwave. The stove top has five burners, and the refrigerator/freezer has an icemaker. Marble countertops, a marble backsplash and travertine tile flooring complete the room.
The home's laundry room has a washer/dryer, and the private yard has a dining table, four chairs, two chaise lounges, grass area and incredible Mount San Jacinto view.
