The master suite is pure luxury.  The bedroom, for example, has a 2010-new King size bed, 42" TV with Blueray player, plantation shutters, crown molding, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and glass door to a covered patio with gas fireplace.  The private bath has marble counters, floors, shower and jetted tub.  It also features ample windows, water closet and a duel sink vanity.

The guest bedroom is located down a long hallway which provides you and your guests with a lot of privacy.  It features a Queen size bed, TV with DVD player, 3 drawer dresser, plantation shutters, crown molding, ceiling fan, spacious closet and French doors to a private patio.  Its bathroom is just steps away and has a duel sink vanity, tile floors and tub/shower.

The game room is a great place to enjoy cocktails with friends while watching your favorite sports team  and playing a game of billiards.  The high ceiling of this spacious room make it seem even bigger.  In addition to a new billiards table, the room features a bistro table and chairs, 42" TV with DVD player, wet bar, refrigerator and two ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.  The room is light and bright and also has built-in speakers that are connected to the vacation home's stereo system.
  
A gas fireplace with white mantle and 55"wall mounted flatscreen TV are the living room's focal point.  A ceiling fan hangs above the seating group which sits on an elegant wood floor that's covered by a large white fluffy area rug.  Multiple sets of French doors located on either side of this room receive sunlight from both the East and the West.  There is also a DVD player & Stereo system in the living room.  
  
The formal dining room contains a large wood table, six padded chairs, Oriental rug & designer light fixture.  Like most of the rooms in this La Quinta vacation rental, the dining room receives an abundance of natural light.
  
The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer and a five-burner stove.  Designer touches include white cabinets, wood floor & granite countertops.  A built-in microwave, convection oven and center-island with sink and two stools complete the room.  There's even a butler's pantry with another sink and refrigerator. 

For additional dining, there is a 2nd dining room on the other side of the kitchen with table, six chairs, ceiling fan, wood floors and windows to the backyard, pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and mountains.   

A West-facing walled backyard allows for beautiful views of the nearby Santa Rosa mountain range.  The private yard includes a Pebble Tec  pool and spa, covered patio with gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor speakers, four lounge chairs and dining set.
