The oversized master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42" wall-mounted flatscreen LCD TV, walk-in closet and sliding-glass doors that open to the backyard.  The updated private bathroom's dual sinks are art-like in appearance while the soaking tub and walk-in shower are both stylish and functional.  An atrium allows guests to bathe in natural light.

The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a 32" wall-mounted flatscreen LCD TV.  The third bedroom has a king size bed, 32" wall-mounted flatscreen LCD TV and a bonus room with a twin size bed.  In between these two bedrooms is a bathroom with a tub/shower, and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans

The den/media room features sliding glass doors to the backyard.  It has a comfortable seating area with a queen size sofa sleeper.  For your entertainment, the den/media room has a 46" wall-mounted flatscreen LCD TV with Surround Sound, Blueray DVD player, CD player, FM Stereo and Ipod Docking Station.  The surround system is also used to power the speakers throughout the home and by the pool.  This Palm Springs vacation rental's 3rd bathroom is located adjacent to the den and features a walk-in shower.    

The living room is a great space to entertain in.  Imagine yourself lounging in its modern furniture, martini in hand, while being kept warm by the flames of a large gas fireplace.  Running on empty?  Just stroll over to the living room's stylish sunken wet bar where drinks can be served to guests both inside and outside of the house.  Recessed lighting, walls of glass and pool/mountain/golf-course views complete the room.    

The kitchen and breakfast area are great for intimate meals or preparing formal meals to be served in the separate dining area that comfortably seats 8.

The patio is a private oasis with a pool and spa surrounded by breathtaking views.   There is a convenient bar that is serviced by the sunken wet-bar inside.  There are several outside seating/dining and conversation areas.  The patio is also equipped with a natural gas grill.
