This is a brand new 2,100 sq ft home, in a brand new resort community: keeping in the "brand new" theme, the home has new high quality furniture and electronics throughout. As you'll also see, this vacation home, while in a 55 and over community, is for the young and young at heart.
The spacious master bedroom includes a sliding glass door with a view of the desertscaped back yard. A king bed, two nightstands with lamps, dresser, couch, and wall-mounted flat-screen TV complete the room which also has a ceiling fan and DVD player. This bedroom connects to a private bathroom with double vanity, large oval bathtub, stall shower and private toilet area. A window, beside the bathtub, illuminates the room in natural light. Through the bathroom, you enter into a large walk-in closet.
Like the master bedroom, the second bedroom receives plenty of sunshine through its large picture window. A 4-post queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, wall mounted flat screen TV and ceiling fan complete the room.
The living room, like much of the house, has a tropical theme. Many of the pillows on the large L-shaped sofa have palm tree designs, a Palm tree shaped sculpture adorns a wall and a caribbean inspired ceiling fan keeps the space cool. A large TV is the focal point of an even larger entertainment center, and a wall of sliding glass doors opens it all up to the private bathyard. Adjacent to the living room is a pool table.
The large island kitchen offers gourmet cooks plenty of space to create delicious meals that can be shared in the adjacent dining room. Only the finest materials are used in this home. In the kitchen are tile floors, granite countertops and maple cabinets. Ample cabinet space for storage, microwave oven, 5-burner cook-top, double oven and refrigerator complete the room. The adjoining dining room has 6 comfortable chairs, a large table, ceiling fan, wall mounted flat-screen TV and receives sunlight through yet another large window.
The third bedroom was turned into an office with L-shaped desk, leather executive chair and high speed Internet. After a bit of web surfing you can go into the adjacent game room. This room has a vintage video game console, card table, chairs and is next to the vintage working jukebox in the homes entryway.
As you can see, there is plenty to do inside of this vacation home; you can play a game of pool or a game of poker, watch the big game on the huge living room TV, listen to great music on the jukebox, surf the Internet and more. The back yard also has amenities that will help make your stay more enjoyable.. Water cascading down a rock waterfall, fire rising from a gas firepit make the entire backyard a tranquil retreat. Enjoy it all while sitting or lounging under the desert sun or under the covered porch with ceiling fan.
The vacation home also has a large laundry room with sink, and an attached two-car garage with additional cart space for the golfer or the handy man who enjoys his own creative space.
