**SPECIAL FEATURES: A special feature of this home is that three of the four beds are King size while only the fourth is a Queen. In addition, all furniture is top quality Eddie Bauer or Basset. The owners appointed it as if it were their primary residence right down to the Egyptian sheets, thick towels and the plush down comforters. Wireless Internet, Unlimited U.S. & Canadian long distance service & a custom designed outdoor Kitchen are also very nice.
Relax and enjoy the views while the Desert Sun bathes you on the private courtyard patio. The courtyard has Southwest exposure, a custom BBQ island with stainless steel BBQ, rotisserie, stainless steel double sink and granite counters. The courtyard also features a gas firepit, oversized umbrella, three comfortable lounge chairs and more.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, two large dressers, access to back patio, oversized chair plus South facing golf course and mountain views. The master suite's details include "suade" appearing paint, designer crown moulding and custom blinds. The in-suite bathroom has duel vanities, Roman tub, walk-in shower with duel heads and a spacious walk-in closet.
Bedroom two has a King size bed, TV, ceiling fan, dresser and in-suite bathroom with bath/shower combo.
Bedroom three has a Queen size bed, TV, ceiling fan and dresser. It has an insuite bath that also opens to the hallway and serves as a powder room as well.
The fourth bedroom is a detached guest house and includes a King size bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, dresser, wet bar and a slilding glass door that opens to the beautiful courtyard with firepit and golf course and mountain views. Like all of this vacation rentals bedrooms, it has a private bath. This one has a walk-in shower.
Large South-facing windows let plenty of sunshine into the home’s living room. The living room’s seating area is made up of an elegant leather sofa, loveseat and oversized chair that face a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. For your entertainment, there is also a dvd player and CD stereo.
An arched entry welcomes guests to the formal dining room which seats six. There is also a breakfast room near the kitchen that seats four and has spectacular mountain and golf course views.
Speaking of the kitchen, slab granite counters, wood cabinets and stainless appliances abound. This fully appointed modern kitchen features a five burner stove top, two ovens, microwave oven, refrigerator freezer, wine refrigerator and center island.
