                  RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
                  Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condominium in the Deauville development in Central Palm Springs.  This Palm Springs vacation rental has two patios with furniture. The first has a table, five chairs, ceiling fan and a large gas BBQ. The second patio has two chairs, a table and an incredible North West-facing view of the main pool area and Mt. San Jacinto.

The master Bedroom suite opens to a private patio through a French-sliding door and includes walk-in closet, bathtub and duel vanities. It has a Queen-size bed, TV and dvd player.  Its patio has a beautiful view of the main pool area.  The second bedroom suite has sliding French doors opening to the front entry, spacious closetry, dressing area and full bathroom with bathtub.  It also has a Queen-size bed.  

The living room has a matching  sofa and love seat, large TV, dvd player. It opens up to the second patio which has a table, ceiling fan and seating for five.  The Dining room of the condo seats six.  A breakfast counter with two stools separates it from the full kitchen.
