The second master suite has a Queen-size bed, ceiling fan/light, TV, DVD player and in-suite bathroom.  Its bathroom has granite countertops, tile floors and a bathtub with floor to ceiling tile.  

The first floor has an open floor plan with tile floors and a wall of glass which lets in plenty of Palm Springs sunlight.  It includes a living room with modern seating area, gas fireplace, mountain-view and sliding glass doors to a private patio with dining table, four chairs and a gas BBQ.  For your entertainment, the living room features a TV, DVD player, CD stereo, surround sound speakers and MP3 compatibility.  The adjacent dining room has a chic pendant lighting fixture, buffet, glass-top table and four chairs.  Two stools at the adjoining breakfast bar face into the well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
