The living room with fireplace has mountain views and French doors that open to a professionally landscaped yard and Pebble Tec salt water pool. The central eat-in kitchen opens to the family room with audio surround sound and home theater. The home has a separate formal dining room with brick accent walls, a wrought iron wine cabinet, and shiny mahogany tile floors, with French doors opening to its own secondary private outdoor dining patio. All three bedrooms have their own private tiled bath.
The master suite has a King size bed, ceiling fan, large tv, DVD player and windows overlooking the pool and mountains. The en suite bathroom has a glass panel door that opens to the Jacuzzi just steps away. A large oval tub & tiled shower, both with mountain view, duel vanity and walk-in closet complete the master bath. Oh wait, a second door from the bathroom opens to an outdoor shower.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have Queen size beds, ceiling fans, en suite bathrooms, walk-in closets and French doors opening to a shared furnished patio with bubbling fountain. One of these bathrooms has a stall shower while the other one has a second bathtub.
Saltillo tile floors, wrought iron accents, wood ceiling beams, built-in wood cabinetry & shelves, ceiling speakers and French doors are featured in the spacious formal living area. An ornate area rug, comfortable seating area and desk complete the room. Walk out the French doors to one of seven outdoor seating areas.
The formal dining area features a large wood table, six chairs and French doors that open to an outdoor dining area with seating for four. The breakfast area also features a large wood table and six chairs. Two bar stools, also in the breakfast area, pull up to the adjacent full kitchen. Total indoor dining seating is 14.
