Sliding glass doors, from the bedroom, lead to the northeast-facing patio with patio furniture, BBQ & ceiling fan.  The patio overlooks a lush green belt with citrus & Palm trees.  

The living room has a vaulted ceiling with sky lights, sofa, side chair, 32" TV, VCR, DVD and CD stereo.  The adjacent dining room has a glass-top table, four cushioned chairs and beautiful hanging light fixture.   The full kitchen has wood floors, microwave oven, glasstop stove/convection oven, coffee maker, blender and refrigerator with ice maker.  The property also features a washer and dryer in suite.
