The bedroom connects to a private bathroom with double vanity, stall shower and private toilet area.  Through the bathroom, you enter into a large walk-in closet. 

The guest bedroom also has a queen bed, nightstand, dresser and TV.  The room is next to the second bathroom which has a bathtub. 

The sunny den has a loveseat, large windows, ceiling fan, desk, office chair and high speed Internet access.  

The living room has elegant tile floors, matching sofa and oversized chair and is worthy of a model home.  For your entertainment & comfort, this vacation rental has a flat-screen tv, dvd player, cd stereo, gas fireplace and ceiling fan.  

The full kitchen offers gourmet cooks modern appliances, granite countertops and fine cabinetry.  Ample sunlight illuminates the adjacent formal dining area with large antique table and seating for six    
 
The dining room’s sliding glass door leads to the home’s furnished backyard which features a covered dining area with ceiling fan, gas grill, two lounge chairs and large fountain.  Guest’s dining at either dining area can listen to the calming sound of the yard’s cascading fountain and view the professionally designed desert landscaping.  

The house also has a large laundry room with sink, and an attached two-car garage.
