The master suite and one of the two guest bedrooms are located on the second floor and are accessible by stair or via your very own private elevator.  The master suite is comprised of a large bedroom with a King bed, two dressers, two night stands and walk-in closet.  For your entertainment and comfort, the master bedroom also includes a 32” HD flatscreen TV and ceiling fan.  Sliding-glass doors open to a large patio with panoramic lake and mountain views.  The en-suite bathroom includes a spa bathtub with view, a stall shower, two separate vanities and a private toilet.

Adjacent to the master suite is the second bedroom which has a Queen bed, accent chair, six drawer dresser, fireplace and sliding-glass door to the patio with panoramic lake and mountain views.  

The second guest bedroom is located downstairs and includes a Queen bed, six-drawer dresser, one nightstand, ceiling fan and 32” HD flatscreen TV.  This bedroom, like the entire first floor has beautiful tile flooring and is adjacent to a bathroom with duel vanity and a bathtub.

Sunlight streams into the spacious living room through south facing windows and sliding glass doors.  The room is spacious and includes an oversized L-shaped sofa and a matching arm chair.  For your entertainment, it includes a 46” wall-mounted Sony Flat-screen HD TV that pulls out from the wall and can be swiveled left or right depending on where you are sitting.  The TV is only one part of the entertainment system which also includes a Sony 5 Disc DVD and CD player and home theatre system.  A granite gas fireplace completes the living room.  

The large gourmet kitchen has fine wood cabinetry, granite countertops, two sinks, built-in wine rack, ample counter space, a center island, 2008-new appliances  and everything else a gourmet chef would need.  

Six tufted leather chairs and a granite table top comprise the sunny dining room.  Through sliding glass door, your dining experience will include lake and mountain views.   

Through those same sliding glass doors you will enter onto an incomparable outdoor vacation rental experience.  This back patio, like the vacation rental’s interior, was redone in 2008.
