RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this family-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Vista Del Montanas. The house has two great patios for spending time outdoors. The front patio is gated and covered by a wood trellis. It features two chaise lounge chairs and a bistro table. Sliding glass doors from the dining room open to the back patio. This trellis-covered patio has a dining table, 6 padded chairs, a BBQ and a panoramic view of a large grassy area. The back patio faces the eastern rising sun and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.

The living room features a matching oversized leather sofa and chair plus a recliner, all of which surround a wood burning fireplace. A ceiling fan/light and a CD stereo will enhance your lounging time. Adjacent to the living room is a private den with an L-shape sofa sleeper, TV, DVD and VCR. This is a great place to relax and enjoy your favorite movie with company.
The dining room also adjoins the living room and accommodates six. It is convenient to the full kitchen and has sliding glass doors to the back patio.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large dresser, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed, a full size bed (OWNER WILL PUT QUEEN BED IN BEDROOM 2), a TV and ample storage space in the five built-in drawers and two large cabinets. The guest bathroom has a bathtub shower, and every room of this Palm Desert Vacation Rental has attractive tile floors.
