RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium in the Deauville development in Central Palm Springs. This ground floor unit has no stairs to climb, and is located toward the front of the resort. The bedroom has a king bed , two night- stands, a dresser with TV and sliding glass doors leading to a private patio. The ensuite bathroom has tile floors and a stall shower.
The living room has a comfortable sofa/sleeper, tasteful artwork, large TV, DVD player, VCR, CD/Stereo, coffee table and side tables. Like the bedroom, the living room opens to the private patio with comfortable chairs, tables and an electric grill. The dining room has a round glass-top table and four chairs. The condo also features a full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and blender. |
