RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condominium in the Deauville development in Central Palm Springs. The condo has tile floors in every room and two patios with furniture. The first patio is accessed from either the master bedroom or the dining room and has a glass-top table and four chairs. The second has a few chairs, BBQ and mountain view.

The master Bedroom has a King-size bed with padded headboard, private bathroom, large TV and patio access. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, ensuite bath-room and rustic tile floors. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a plush sofa, 2 side chairs and a large TV with built in DVD player. It opens up to the second patio with the mountain view. The Dining room of the condo seats four at a glass-top table and three at stools facing the breakfast bar of the full kitchen. |
