                    RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
                    Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Vista Del Montanas.  The house has two great patios for spending time outdoors.  The front patio is semi-private, gated and has a cactus garden, umbrella and two retro beach chairs.  Sliding glass doors from the dining room open to the back patio.  This patio has a glass-top dining table, 4 chairs, BBQ and a view of a grassy area and neighboring golf course.  The back patio faces the eastern rising sun and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.  Furnishings are a mixture of western Americana & South-seas tropical as is embodied by the comfortable ruttan dining chairs and wicker ceiling-fan. The living room has a couch, sofa table, coffee table, bookcase and a wood entertainment center with TV, dvd player and stereo.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, DVD player, large dresser, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom.  Bedrooms 2 has a queen size bed, dresser, ceiling fan and TV.  Bedroom  3 also has a queen size bed.  

This Palm Desert Vacation Rental also comes with a full kitchen with newer appliances.

                    Vista Del Montanas is a gated community of 106 single family homes in central Palm Desert.  The community has two tropical pool and spa areas and a tennis court.  there are numerous grass areas and over 1,000 trees.
                    ACTIVITIES NEARBY:
                    Located near the intersection of Cook Street and Country Club in central Palm Desert, Vista Del Montanas is walking distance to Marriott Desert Springs Golf Resort, a five minute drive to Desert Willow Country Club and a 15 minute drive to the shopping and dining of El Paseo.
