RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this Tommy Bahama styled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in the Palm Springs Villa II community of Palm Springs. The condo is on the 2nd floor and is close to one of the many pools and spas. It is also convenient to plenty of covered parking.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with comfortable linens, two nightstands, dresser, TV and ceiling fan. The living room has a queen- size sofa sleeper, tables, chairs, entertainment system with CD stereo, DVD player and 27" TV. Both the bedroom and living room walls are adorned with Island inspired artwork. Both also have new carpet.
The kitchen has 18" tile floors, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and of course an oven and stove. The dining room has a round glass-top table and four wicker chairs.
The condo is just a 2 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and close to all major attractions |
