RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condominium in the Deauville development in Central Palm Springs. The bedroom has a King bed, dresser, TV, two night stands and sliding glass door to the sunny patio. The patio is just South of the main pool/spa and tennis courts and faces North toward them.
The living room has a comfortable queen size sofa/sleeper, a TV/DVD/VCR combo and CD stereo system French doors open the living room up to the patio which has a table, four chairs and a BBQ. The patio faces north and receives moderate sun. The adjacent dining room has a glass-top table with four wood chairs. The unit also features a full kitchen with dishwasher and a refrigerator with ice maker. |
