                    Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium in the Deauville development in Central Palm Springs. This ground floor unit has no stairs to climb, and is located across from one of the three pool/spa areas. The bedroom has a king bed , ceiling fan, two night- stands, a dresser with TV and sliding glass doors leading to a private patio. 

The living room has a 2008-new  sofa/sleeper, matching chair & ottoman, modern artwork, Cable TV, DVD player, CD/Stereo, coffee table and side tables. A ceiling fan helps keep the room cool, and like the bedroom, it too has glass paneled doors leading to the private patio with comfortable chairs, tables and a charcoal BBQ. The dining room has a round glass-top table and four chairs. The condo also features a full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and blender.
