Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath home in the Sun City gated adult resort community of Shadow Hills.  This 3 year young 1,823 sq ft. turnkey vacation rental is decorated with island-inspired furniture and accessories. 

The spacious master bedroom includes a large picture window, with "Blackout" shades and a view of the lush landscaped back yard.  A king-sized pillow-top bed, two nightstands with lamps, dresser, and flat-screen TV complete the room which also has a ceiling fan and glass door that opens to the covered patio. This bedroom connects to the master bathroom with double vanity, stall shower and private toilet area.  A window above the vanities illuminates the room in natural light. Through the bathroom, you will find a huge walk-in closet. 

Like the master bedroom, the second bedroom has a large picture window with plantation shutters facing the front yard.  
There’s a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, dresser and chair plus a full wall mirrored closet; this guest room  
is adjacent to the second bathroom which has a tub.

The den can be used as a 3rd bedroom.  It has a modern queen-size sofa sleeper, desk and chair. This room, like the others, receives plenty of desert sun.
 
Bring the outdoors in through the spacious living room with its large windows overlooking the south-facing backyard. There’s a plush sofa and loveseat and a coffee table; the main seating area also includes a leather armchair, and all seating surrounds a solid wood entertainment cabinet with 42" plasma TV with DirecTV and DVD player.  Also internet access is available via WiFi.  

The dining room has an elegant rectangular wood table and four wood chairs. A sideboard is filled with additional tableware for more formal entertaining.  Access to the backyard patio is available through the dining room slider.  And, if dining “al fresco” is your style, enjoy the sunset on your covered patio complete with 2 lounge chairs, and dining table and 4 chairs  and plus barbeque grill.

The large kitchen with its center island offers gourmet cooks plenty of space to create delicious meals that can be shared in the adjacent breakfast nook. The kitchen contains ceramic tile floors, granite countertops and maple cabinets with ample space for storage.  GE Profile appliances include microwave oven, 5-burner cook-top, double oven and side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. In addition to the breakfast area, there’s extra counter space with two swivel stools that can be used for dining as well.

The house also has a spacious laundry room with a sink and lots of cabinets.   The entry foyer, hallways and kitchen all have ceramic tiled floors.  Most of the rooms have ceiling fans.  There is a two-car garage with additional cart space for the golfer or the handy man that enjoys his own creative space.  Last but not least, it bears repeating that this home has a large, well-manicured south-facing private backyard.
